Welcoming, informative and great with my dog.

I took my dog for a surgical consult. Even though Dr Stang is unable to do her surgery he spent a significant amount of time explaining and showing me every option along with the pros and cons to each procedure. I drove over 2 hours to get his opinion (he came highly recommended) and I am happy I did. He made me feel so much better about what path to take to get our sweet girl feeling better. Office and vet techs were all very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

I have been a patron of Loudoun Small Animal Vet for over 25 years. I have known Dr. Stephen Stang for all that time and over the lives of my dear dogs -- Nina, Lucy, Penny and Ellie. I trust him to give the best medical care and end-of-life care, as the case has been. His staff is cheerful and responsive and caring. I will be a patron of this vet as long as I have pets to care for. Conversations with staff are always invigorating and interesting, too! Especially helpful to me on staff are Renee and Nancy. My daughter Susannah worked there as a kennel assistant during college. God bless this vet and long may he practice!

Dr. Stangn ( spelling probably incorrect) was very knowledgeable and was patient and efficient with our netbooks dog who was in pain. Even though the staff were dealing with a serious emergency they took the time to apologize a few times for our lengthy wait.

We have been taking our dogs here for well over a decade. We live in Sterling and make the commute here because we trust them. I can’t imagine going anywhere else. I highly recommend Loudoun Vet Services. They are friendly, responsive and caring.

My entire family has always used Loudoun Ver, and that will never change. I absolutely love everything about that place, but especially the people. Dr. Acha is so personable and kind. And the tech Holly has to be the kindest, most knowledgeable, and compassionate person I've dealt with.

My dog had a blood blister on his ear and they lanced it with no issue. During this process they noticed a lump on his rear leg. We had brought him in this same veterinarian’s office to have this lump examined previously. At that time we were told this lump is a fatty tissue deposit and is perfectly normal. Don’t worry about it . When our dog had his blood blister lanced the nurse and other veterinarian asked about the lump and said we should have it looked at. We told them what we were told. They both laughed and said do we have a magic wand that can tell if the lump is normal. We said No a veterinarian told us this..They said Does He Have A Magic Wand that can tell if a Lump is Normal or Not? My wife mentioned that the Veterinarian in Your Office told us this and he didn’t have a magical wand . Do you have our dogs records? They said Oh OK then. We didn’t appreciate being talked to like we were children

We recently started our relationship with LVS and we are very happy with the service, from the front desk, to the techs, to the vet himself. We never feel rushed, communication is clear and direct, and the care our puppy has been getting is top-notch. During COVID-19, we know there is a lot of pressure on the team at LVS, so we are particularly grateful to them for keeping things running smoothly. Keep up the great work, and thank you very much.

Great experience with Loudoun Vet! I called in a panic due to a sick pup. They squeezed us in and got us taken care of in no time.

Dr. Stang is not only clinically competent, but is a good educator. He takes the time to answer all my questions and then lets me make my own decision. At the same time, I think he would let me know if I wasn't seeing the whole picture. Gina is friendly, good with the animals, and also answers questions and offers an education. She is organized and efficient. The front office staff is friendly and helpful and answers all my questions. Even though I might be a pain in the butt, asking so many questions, no one ever makes me feel that way.

Loudoun Veterinary has taken great care of all three of my animals (2 cats and a dog) for over a year now. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly listen to any concerns or questions you may have. We usually see Dr. Acha and absolutely love her. She explains everything in detail and you can tell how much she genuinely cares for each patient. Definitely recommend !

Dr. Acha is the BEST! She has been seeing my pups since 2010 and has saved one of my pups with acupuncture. The staff is kind & professional. I travel 45 minutes just to go there.

I took my labrador in with a infected area and they took great care with her. Once the area was treated and I had a home care plan, we talk about her overall health and what I could do to manage her weight (she is a Labrador). The doctor shared information that I really needed about food types, what would benefit her specifically and schedules. This is the mark of a veterinarian who is interested in your dog's long term health, not just the current problem and its done. Plus the office and staff were helpful and professional to us. This practice is excellent.

Every single person that I interact with at Loudoun Veterinary Service is thoughtful, compassionate, kind, and very knowledgeable. When I call, the person that answers the phone is always professional and friendly and makes me feel known and that my pet matters! Dr. Stang has been my Veterinarian of choice for many years and I have never regretted that choice! He is a wonderful doctor and I feel confident in the care that he gives to my canine companions. I would and often do recommend this practice to my friends and acquaintances.

They have ALWAYS responded to my dogs' needs, from puppy needs to euthanization. They have a very kind and caring staff, in addition to the knowledgeable vets and vet techs. I'm very pleased with them.

Have been taking my kitty for years to see Dr Atcha and Jessica. They are two of the most compassionate people I've ever come across, and I know my little Ms Bitsy is in safe hands with them. Dr Atcha never talks down to me and always explains what's going on - she is also up to speed on the latest medical innovations and isn't afraid to try new things. LOVE them both, and am so very grateful for what they've done for my beloved Bitsy! PS The office staff is also wonderful :)

The receptionists are especially helpful and kind. I like getting a person on the phone vs. an automated system. Hard to get an appointment, but that’s the case everywhere right now!

Sam our dog was treated well and quickly so it was not a very painful visit.
