Took my Samoyed (a sled dog) Lacey in to be groomed a few days ago (it’s winter). Asked for her to be washed and some of the knots cut out. When I picked her up, she was shaved down to about half an inch of fur! I didn’t recognize her as the same dog! She started with fur thick and deep enough that it was at least 6 inches long, if not longer! It was longer than my hand. She’s a double coated dog, so this was literally one of the worst possible things to do for her coat. It could cause permanent damage and it’s the middle of winter for Christ’s sake! What about a wash and trimming some knots implied a shave in winter?! Never take your dog to be groomed here!

The indoor odor is horrible. Limited choice of pet products and the rodents look miserable in an overly crowded condition.

Really clean. Had a big selection of toys. I let my dog(Bella) choose her own. Had 4 big rows to choose from. Staff is nice. No waiting around. Bella loves her bear!

Very friendly! Allowed us in after closing to purchase some much-needed cat food! It was our first time going and we will be back! My cat says thanks too.

I paid 60 dollars for a full groom and my Lovi smelled the same as he did going in his hair cut was horrible and his nails weren't properly done...so I paid 60 bucks for the knowledge that I could do bad all by myself. They are very friendly while ripping you off

Social distancing. Clean. Not too much off price hike. Sweet staff.

The company as a whole is terrible. Basically a front for puppy mills.

Get real with your prices, $1000 for a rescue dog is insane.

This place is horrible. I called about a specific dog and was promised the dog 5 days later due to it needing to be cleared by the vet. When I called after not being contacted the dog was already sold. I will not be visiting.

I had a wonderful experience at Petland today! The manager is friendly and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to help me out. Great selection of supplies, clean store and excellent location. I can’t recommend them enough!

They may not be largest pet store but their staff is top notch! They are very nice and helpful. I found exactly what I needed for my fish. Also love the store mascot!

Petland Village is the best!!! The store is well stocked and clean and houses ASAP Rescue. I got my cat from ASAP Rescue two and a half years ago and still get his favorite kibble "Fussy Cat" at Petland Village. He has eaten "Fussy Cat" since he was a baby. The staff and the vet are capable and know about pets through and through. We are lucky to have this store and shelter in the East End.

As everyone else has said...... $1000 to adopt a dog! These people are nuts! Went through the whole process, signed papers, picked toys and crate for dog and the guy just mumbles the price. We had to ask him to say again, $1000! These people are crazy! You can get a pure bread, akc dog for the same price, with all its shots. Will not go back to this place and will continue to support the animal rescue leauge.

Definitely not the same when I got my first puppy. The owner's changed and the staff is different as well. The prices were $$$ but at least the owner was willing to negotiate! I got a reasonable deal. But now the price for a puppy at petland is $$$$$. No kidding! It is totally outrageous, ridiculous!! But I got a really beautiful puppy that I fell in love with! The staff was nice. But staff previous from the change over were super nice! And this time around they didn't have all the paperwork! And they weren't able to answer questions I had about the parents of the puppy! It all was very odd an totally different experience this time around! Something about the whole ordeal was off! Try not to go in,if you love animals, you won't leave empty handed!
