Don't bother asking for proper animal advice from the workers because it appears they don't know what they're on about

Always has everything I need for my cats. Wide variety of food. I buy my food, litter, toys, water fountain filters/sponges, etc. I personally use the giant bag of Blue Buffalo Wilderness adult indoor diet/hairball control. Once I switched from Purina when they were kittens to that I have NEVER seen cats with such soft and shiny coats. Not greasy in any way. They also sell medicines here and calming spray which I use if my one cat is in a mood because she wants the litter scooped or the house vacuumed lol she's smart. My cats love the cat nip spray I buy from the toy isle. I spray it all over the carpets in the house and their toys, cat tower, anywhere they run around in the house. They go nuts for it. I've considered ordering from Chewy but honestly I only have to buy litter and food once a month for two cats.

I really do like this PetSmart. It's a good size store, it's clean and usually it has everything I needs.

Dealing with a flea infestation even though I don't have a little furry cutie at home, it's frustrating. But thanks to Annie's help I was able to figure out the special membership pricing and return some unused stuff that I overbought. Really really helpful, I was anxious for a sec until she helped majorly. Thanks Annie!!

The folks at the fish station are not knowledgeable. We were told the fish we purchased would get along with the fish we previously had, now one is already dead. We were also told we were getting three males, which was not the case because two out of the three are pregnant MONTHLY then eat their babies. I’m all for the circle of life, but not in my damn fish tank.

8/27/22 - 7:30 - I had the WORST experience here tonight. I took my 7 month old puppy in here and he peed on the floor… He has NEVER done this in a store before, EVER. I was so embarrassed and went to tell someone working right away. I went to the front and talked to a man who then threw a FIT. He was so loud and obnoxious about it that I actually had another customer walk up to me and ask if I was okay/tell me that it shouldn’t have been handled like that. He whined and threw his arms around also. I offered to clean it up and everything. I was so embarrassed afterwards that I almost just walked out of the store. I know this had to have been annoying, but please be kind to people….

My daughter had here puppy groomed and they did an excellent job if your planning to have your dog groomed ask for hailey

I hate going to the back and looking at the turtles. When they have turtles in their store, the water in the tank is so low there is no possible way they can swim nor eat the way they should. Aquatic turtles need water for when they eat, the water helps the, eat as they do not produce saliva.

If you love your animal don’t bring them to ANY Petsmart. Don’t put them thought that misery.

Clean store with everything for your pets.

Our first experience at this location and Todd and a nice young lady with a curly Bob, girl with glasses, (didn’t get names ) literally helped us with our first pet. We are first time pet parents of an American Staffy and they made our experience so much more enjoyable. What an asset to the Pet Smart brand!

Im there weekly to buy worms for my turtles. They always have differ toys and snacks on sale for our loved family members.
