I’m so happy they were able to get me in . They were nothing but nice and very caring ! They asked me questions about my kitty to get to know her instead of rushing me out of the door . Would highly recommend !

Leave it to these guys to make it a warm comfortable place. Yoshi is starting to feel like himself slowly but surely.

Dr. Cohn is the best! My dog does not like very many people but when he hears Dr. Cohns voice call his name he is actually excited to see him! We never have a problem getting an appointment or if we call with questions we get a return call with answers the same day.

Would highly not recommend this place. We stopped taking our dog here for many reasons. They rush and do not take true consideration as to what could be wrong with your dog, finding the easiest and quickest thing to diagnose to hurry up and get them out of there. We had taken our pup several times due to concerns of symptoms of lymes disease (limping, diarrhea, telling them how often at the point she had been bit by ticks) and they never felt it important enough to take the time and test her for it or even bring up the vaccine once. Now a year later we are at our new vet finding out that she has had lymes disease. She has not getting a tick since several visits ago at Penn Animal (almost a year as we have also gotten the soresto collar since that has been effective) and if they would have been more considerate we would have been able to treat this months ago and now it is too late. They also told me my dog would not need to take anything for a Heart Wormer to which we have been told she should have been on for years now. They are very quick to get you in and out. I will say the ladies in the office are very kind, but that’s the best review I can give on that end. I will never be going back or recommending!

I love this place❤. We see Dr. Battle. He is very easy person to talk to. He saved my dogs life when she was a pup. She had a rare syndrome. It's not rare in people but it is in dogs. It's called Thrombocytopenia. I took her in bc I thought she had a rash on her stomach but she was bleeding internally! Im a nurse and never picked up on how sick she was. He rushed us to the Vet emergency hospital and they put her on some serious medication. It took 8months for her to get off the meds. Now she is healthy. We don't know why she got that. Dr. Battle said it could of been a virus. I take both of my dogs to him and no one else!❤

Terrible place does not help animals finds a quick fix’s that didn’t work turn’s out my poor dog has lymes disease

My Bella had an ear infection and no one would look at her but I called Penn Animal and they said to bring her over. did not have to wait long and we were called back. The Vet was wonderful and caring and so was the staff. Thank you very much.

I'm so glad that Penn Animal Hospital was recommend to me. The front desk staff was pleasant and very professional. I brought my cat in for a wellness check and the blood work confirmed my fear, diabetes. Dr Cohn was so kind and gentle with Nigel. He spent time talking about insulin injections and was very reassuring. I feel confident that Nigel will get good care each visit.

Was hung up on when I asked why no vets are taking any new clients? Woman who answered had an attitude. Was recommended this place but after that. No thank you. If you hate your job that much then find a new one honey.

Dr Kahn is the most compassionate, love of animals I have ever met in my 40 years of having pets. The office staff as well. Best even thru the worst day of your life.

I've been taking my animals there for over 20yrs. Nicest people around. Very good diagnosis. Helped my animals every time. Never had a problem with them. That's why I won't take my animals anywhere else!

Do not take your animal here if you are looking for compassionate and professional care. I brought my cat here twice, presenting the same symptoms both times and was told by the Doctor that she was not "that sick" and that we would "never know" what was wrong with her. While I absolutely know that it is tough to diagnose cats, when I asked questions like "What are the options of what this could be and what are next steps?" the Doctor was visibly frustrated and provided no further help. I'm not sure my cat's outcome would have been any different (she left us this weekend) but the lack of professionalism and care this vet took left a lasting impression and I will never recommend this vet to anyone. It looks like from reviews that others do trust this place, so I do hope that they are kind and caring to others.

Wonderful staff, techs, and vets. They treat pets like family and are patient and caring and have always answered all my questions thoroughly and thoughtfully. I trust them so much, and my dog is very comfortable there! I also so appreciate their walk in hours, they have saved me many headaches in more urgent situations.
