I have tried to get an appointment with them for over a year and they simply refuse to accept new patients. Don't waste your time with them.

I was quoted $600 for a spay for a cat. I’m not even sure what justifies that price.

I cannot even give the amount of praise this practice deserves. There's a reason the waiting list is so long to get your dog in as a new patient, I'll just say that.

Solid vet clinic, sometimes they take a while to get back to you for phone calls and the like but our dog loves this place and they have good covid protocols in place to keep everyone safe.

Expensive, but the vets here are caring and thorough.

We have always had the most positive experiences here. Waiting times have always been reasonable, all of the staff clearly LOVE the animals, and they are really good about fitting you in for emergencies that don't need emergency vet (like when my dog twisted her dewclaw around). My dog is a drama queen and the staff always goes out of the way to try to make her more comfortable and still give her a comprehensive exam. I also found their prices very comparable to other vets we've been to in the area. Edit: having gone through nearly 10 months of cancer related care and end of life, we're even happier with this vet. Everyone has been so compassionate (for us and for our Ginny) and helpful, and even though we had hoped to have her at home, we don't regret a thing. They were very sweet and thoughtful, had a wonderful comfort room, and the whole experience was so much better than it could have been.

The clinic takes good care of our pup, but it is frustrating that they don't have any available parking spots.

The kind doctors and staff have taking great care of our cats for 20 years. An integral part of the East End

We couldn't be happier with our experiences with the Point Breeze Vet team and would recommend them to any pet owner. Our rescue pup, Tucker, has been a frequent visitor over the last 11 months as we try to work through an assortment of medical issues. He's seen nearly every vet in the clinic at this point, and each of them has been equally attentive, kind, and genuinely caring. The tech and front desk teams are always patient yet efficient as we scramble to deal with whatever comes Tuck's way at any given time. I know they would move mountains to try to help him feel better because they've done so before. Tucker is always excited to see them and happily goes into the office with them every time. They're very tolerant of his interesting personality mix of anxiety and exuberance. They are everything that I would hope for in a vet clinic and we're so grateful to have them down the street from us!

From the "responsibilities of a dog owner" talk from Dr Gerson on Buddy's and our initial visit to puppy kindergarten, annual checkups and occasional emergency visits with all the docs to the compassion and humanity exhibited by Dr Berger and staff on his final day with us, our Wheaten received top-notch care from PBV over his nearly 16 fun-filled years. I/we will be forever grateful for the peace and comfort all there brought to Buddy and us.

I love Dr. Gershon and the gang pulled my sweetie from the edge. Other than the earworm hold music. But you all would be better if.......there were QR codes for invoices. Especially with the current COVID restrictions. Makes paying bills alot simpler.

Everyone was extremely friendly and seemed to genuinely care about the well-being of our dog. We had our dog anesthetized due to anxiety, and they handled him and us better than any vet we've been. I will definitely be back!

First impressions mean a lot. I called the other day, on 4/9 to make an appt for my kitty, she hasnt been acting herself and I think she may be having dental problems. I was asked if she is a patient there, which she is not. I was told the next available appt is not until May. I asked 'even for a sick pet' and i was told (in a snotty voice) 'YUP'. She didnt even ask what the problem was with my pet. Didnt say 'UNFORTUNATELY the next avail appt is not till May'...just no compassion at all.

The best vet ever! Vet techs and vet do a wonderful job with covid protocols and keeping us informed. They are so thorough, provide lots of educational resources, and even caught an early issue with our dog’s leg. I think our dog wanted to stay forever! Cannot recommend them enough.

When our cat was diagnosed with a terminal illness at only one year old, we thought we were going to lose him. Thanks to the great support and help from the vets and assistants at Point Breeze, we managed to beat the odds and our cat is now healthy as ever. Needless to say, I would recommend them.

Exceptional veterinary office across the board! My young cat ate a lily leaf — highly toxic to cats! — and it is entirely thanks to the responsiveness, diligence, and exceptional care of Dr. Berger and the Point Breeze team that he made it through without developing chronic/life threatening symptoms. They sprang into action as soon as I called and were able to see us right away to take care of our pet emergency. They kept me updated throughout the process and were transparent and thorough in walking us through the procedures and price points of his care. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Thank you, Point Breeze Veterinary Clinic!

They weren't taking new patients, so I had to go across town to City Vets, who were very nice.

Despite COVID restrictions meaning I couldn't come in to the building, the staff still made me feel that my pet was in good hands and were very patient listening to all the questions I had.

PBVC has made ensuring my pups and cats’ health so, so easy and convenient. We adopted a puppy at the beginning of COVID and have had all her shots/check-ups/spay during the pandemic. Even not being able to come in with her, PBVC has kept us so informed and reassured. I recommend them to everyone! Thank you, PBVC! Our furry family loves them as much as we do.

We recently got our first puppy and chose Point Breeze Vet Clinic based on the reviews and proximity to our house. We have been SO pleased! The staff is awesome and takes great care of our little girl. They are super responsive and answer any questions I may have quickly and thoroughly. We are so excited to have such an awesome vet clinic to take our sweet girl. I would strongly recommend this clinic for any pet owner!

An upscale clinic that still manages to be reasonably priced. I went with a very specialized request and they did not hesitate to help me with my pet. The staff and Vets are very friendly and seem to genuinely care! No parking lot that I saw but abundant street parking surrounding the clinic.
