I really love this place. They take great care of the fur babies and it’s nice to go somewhere local and not one of the big companies.

Ceiling was leaking and dripped in our food, no accommodations were made. Most of the food loans were empty. Overall not a good experience won't go back. Seating cushions were all peeling off on my pants, this was the worst.

A very reasonably-priced dog grooming establishment! Our dog smells great for two weeks after he leaves Lather!

Amazing place with many people to help if needed, I bathed and blow dried my pupper and he was so so so clean and soft. They also gave him the best bandana I’ve ever seen!! Taco dinosaurs!!!!!!!

Had a great experience bringing my very nervous dog here! The staff was so helpful, patient, and kind with him (and with me!) Definitely will be back soon.

I've taken my pup here twice The last time was in April when I was told I was on a waiting list. I hadn't heard from them so I called. The owner answered the phone and expressed I was not on any waiting list. He told me to call around to see if another groomer could handle my dog instead of getting me in there???? Not good customer service. I guess they don't need the business. However, I may have dodged a bullet? The woman who trimming Coco in April was pre-occupied with the dog before us and kept hurting Coco

Great place to give your pup a bath!

Popped in with no appointment, was taken in right away. Pooch was handled with care and that little b@$t@rd didn't so much as shake, growl, scowl or change expression the whole time he got his nails clipped. A COMPLETELY different paradigm than when he was home with me, fussing, squirming, squealing, pulling away.... And that was just trying to get him in my lap! Will come here for any/all dog needs from now on. Great team!

I love Lather! Jeff the owner couldn't be nicer or more caring. Great energy! Arlene manages my difficult Libbey cat and trims her claws with such a quickness. Nice place too. I won't go anywhere else!

I’ve really been wanting to give this place a try, however it’s nearly impossible to get an appointment. Their wait is continuously at least 4 months long.

My vet stopped trimming nails last year. My min-pin absolutely hates getting his nails done. The vet even prescribed him some meds to take prior to any appointments. Sometimes he even had to be muzzled or coaxed with easy cheese. After a recommendation from my sister and reading reviews... I especially liked the way the owner responded to a 2 or 3 star review... I made an appointment online. Turbo's appointment was with Ashley and she did a wonderful job. From the moment we walked in the door, I felt well received and taken care of and most importantly, it was a stress free experience for Turbo & I. We will definitely be back.

I took my girl in for the self service option. It was great. Everyone was very helpful as it was my first time. They provided everything! Shampoo, conditioner, combs, brushes, ear wipes, dryer and towels. My big lady smells great and her fur is so soft. I highly recommend checking them out. Its a great way to bath your dog anytime if the year, but especially in the winter. I normally wash her in the driveway during the warmer weather, but the new house doesn't have a tub with shower hose for winter baths. Lather is going to be my go to cold weather spot. Check them out!!

Looks like a beautiful place to go. always pretty much empty when i walked past but i couldnt get ahold of anyone on the phone to make an appointment. so i went somewhere else..maybe next time...

Thank You for bathing my baby. I know he has a fit in the tub. He's so tiny he's my Lil Dude Charley is my service animal. He needs a bath and a nail trim a month. He loves to look good and smell good. Thank Yinz really appreciate it.

The owner of lather was patient with my dog while doing her nail clipping even though she gets very anxious and excited with that type of stuff. He did a great job and even gave her a bandana to wear home. He was very nice and professional and we will definitely be back! The place is really cute and clean as well.

It was good. Only thing is that we were charged 7 bucks just to get one nail cut. Ridiculous.

The first few times I went I had wonderful experiences! However my most recent visit will be my last. When I brought my pup home I noticed her hair was uneven and she had a cut on her face near her nose. Lather brushed off my concerns. Like I said my first few experiences where good but the most recent visit was so bad I don’t feel comfortable taking my pup back ☹️☹️

Max had his first trip to a groomer ever, and the folks at Lather did an excellent job. He came back bright and shiny, smelling awesome and a very happy boy, thoroughly recommended The staff were really very friendly too; always makes a nice change when you can tell they love their job.

This place is horrible. Don’t get used to a specific groomer because they won’t stay long. The owner also operated illegally during the Covid closure with paper over the Windows. He’s also known to not pay his employees that’s why they quit so often.

We are so happy to find this place! Everyone here is very cool and accommodating. Being otr truckers we don't have the luxury of bathing our very skittish pup in our own tub, so when I spoke with the owner and told him our situation he checked and gave us the best times to come in when there was a lull in traffic and he assured us he would be there. Long story short, we felt very welcomed and comfortable with bringing our pup to Lather and will stop in again when we come back through this amazing city!

This place is not reliable and will cancel appointments. On multiple occasions I waited 2-3 months for a full groom only to have them cancel on me. When I get the cancellation calls (PLURAL) they offer no alternative date certain and when I press for a date it’s an additional 2 months out (with the option to be put on a waitlist). I wanted to love this place but they are not professional and do not keep appointments. I will never go back.

My dog looked great and was relaxed and happy when I picked him up. That is a win!
