We've been going here for about 6 years. Everyone is so nice, and sweet with the animals. I am particular about Norm's haircut and they nail it every time!

They are wonderful and they take such good care of our babies!

I take my car two dog's, Did and Eli to Diamond in the Ruff every six weeks and the really love animals and do a great job. I tried two other well reviewed groomers and there is no comparison.

The groomers are extremely kind and thorough. Our long haired Persian cat needed so much help with matting on her back legs and the groomer did an amazing job. Our Kerry Blue Terrier has been there twice and we've had good experiences each time. They even have a teeth brushing service!! We'll definitely be back!

First time I took my senior dog for bath, nails, and mud bath conditioner. He looks great and has been so relaxed since coming home. I think he enjoyed his spa day. We'll be back!

We were here visiting family. They were able to work my dog in for an oatmeal bath to help him with a rash. They did a wonderful job grooming him, and were super kind to him AND to me. This place is the best and such a bargain for the excellent services offered.

Unfortunately the posts about the owner must be true. Her demeanor & phone etiquette suck, she cancelled my appointment less than an hour before my dog was scheduled for his first grooming appointment, leaving me to scramble to get him groomed elsewhere. I don't know whether or not she is a conspiracy theorist or if she's truly a bad person like others have said here & on Facebook, but she definitely is not a good business woman nor is she getting my business, ever! Try Petsburgh or even one of the chains before going here!

Best place in the Burgh! All four of my girls are treated like royalty, no not true, like family. Any changes I have had to make they accommodate. All the groomers are great! Award winning! Community oriented! Dog lovers.

Chrissy is an amazing dog groomer and has assembled a team that tends to dogs and cats of all shapes and sizes she treats the animals exceptionally well we have been customers of hers since well since before she opened she has lots of experience and we trust her with several generations of our pets she's a good neighbor a better neighbor to krauss then he is to her while parking can be difficult your patience will be rewarded
