Great Service. Patrick, a licensed funeral director himself, is simply the best. He's always a calm, respectful voice in the middle of the storm 24/7. We have used Eternity Pet Memorial on three occasions and have never been disappointed. Our former veterinarian used Eternity Pet Memorial and that was our first introduction to them. If your veterinarian uses another cremation service or your pet dies at home, you can still request Eternity Pet Memorial to handle your pet. Which is exactly what we did for two of our pets when the animal hospital used another service. The staff at Eternity Pet Memorial does a beautiful job and have reasonable rates and beautiful packages. They even post online pet obits on their website if you provide them with a photo. And why not? Pets are family too. Angel (2014), Boden (2015), and Swift (2021)

At such a hard and painful time in your life, it's so nice to know that someone cares for your pet as much as you do. They were so kind and caring and the finished product was absolutely amazing. We are very grateful we were connected with this company. My Grizzly would have approved.

We were very pleased with everything they did for us! Everyone we talked to was very nice. Everything was explained thoroughly. It made a difficult time a little bit easier, we didn't have to worry about getting our dog into a car with their pickup service.....and they bring them back too, made it less stressful. We plan to use them when needed again....hopefully no time soon though. We have told all of our family and friends how pleased we are with everything they did for us! We highly recommend them!!!! I can't thank them enough!!

We have owned many pets over the years, and I can say without exception, this is the finest pet cremation service in all of the Greater Pittsburgh Area. It’s not the first time we have patronized them. We lost our wonderful “Nina,” at the age of 16. The owner himself responded to our call, the very same day, picking up within just a few hours. He’s kind, helpful and completely professional. They answer the phone 24/7, and are always willing to offer help and answer questions. When we got her cremains, they were accompanied by a beautifully framed photograph of her, along with an identically framed paw print. It’s an excellent business, very fairly priced, worthy of your pet needs. Mr. O’Connor sets the bar high, and meets it, every single time. This is the gold standard of pet memorials. Thank you for your great work.

The compassion and professionalism is excellent. I was hesitant to have my fur babies cremated but I am relieved that I did. I also think their costs are fair.

The owner and staff made such a difficult process a little more easier. They were patient, caring, friendly, understanding… I could go on. Losing a pet is never a good experience, but they made this experience a little less heart aching for me. The price was even not as much as I expected it to be. I would HIGHLY recommend them. Your pet will be in good hands.

I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful or elegant way to take care of my baby boy. The price was lower than any other, but the service was the best I have had. I have lost 3 babies over the last 6 years. But of the 3 this is the only one I would use again or recommend to others. I actually already have. They do a really nice job and you get alot of products for your money to remember your furbaby by! They are Nice and Caring and understanding . I would recommend them to any of my friend and family if they ever need there services.
