Before we got a dog we called all the vets in the city to ask pricing for medicine and procedures. Of all the small businesses EEVMC was the best. We also asked dog owners all over about vet offices & we got the most positive responses for this one. We love it here and our dog loves going to the vet here. They are honest and open. It’s very professional & they love our hyper dog. I would 100% recommend them to friends

Great people that truly care about animals.

I have had an incredible experience at EEVMC. Recently, my dog got neutered here and the process was thorough and seamless. They are knowledgeable, professional, and kind. They put me at ease through every experience and are extremely supportive. Through medication pick ups, wellness visits or problematic situations, each experience has been positive.

East End was fantastic for routine care. However, they didn’t do some important testing on my dog’s senior panel which caused a life-threatening condition due to a delayed diagnosis. I loved them for two years. If you’re well-versed in animal health and know what tests to ask for, they’re fantastic.

I can't say enough great things about East End. The front desk staff are awesome and the technicians are great, too. But it's Dr. Ortiz who has my undying gratitude. I have a 14 year old terrier with an ongoing issue that for some reason could not be addressed in California (we just moved here,) Dr. Ortiz took care of my old lady dog and was so kind. He probably spent 15 minutes with me on the phone explaining everything- I cried when he hung up because I really thought this was going to be my dog's "time." My dog is sassy and happy and I'm so grateful to East End.

Pros: - Vets are kind and knowledgeable - Clean and centrally located facility - Good communication regarding appointments Cons: - Schedule is fully booked 1-2 months in advance - longest I've seen in the area - Bad experience with a vet tech... I had to step out for 10 min to get medical records for my kitten. When I came back, the front desk notified the vet tech and said I'd be let in within a couple minutes, but I was not for another 20 minutes. When the vet tech let me in, I found out she'd completed the exam without me, and had cut my kitten's nails without my permission. I gave the benefit of the doubt and assumed they did an okay job, but I'm now finding my kitten won't let me near her paws, when previously she'd purr as I pet them. Please train your vet techs better.

I take my dog Hazel there for her annual appointments and everyone has been so nice and calming! Dr. Nagle has been excellent in working with me to help Hazel’s anxiety and the techs are so incredibly patient with her.

They provide excellent and friendly care.

Dr Fried &the techs & office staff are great. My 14 yr old cat had become diabetic & with their great treatment he is now thriving again. Can't praise their patience & concern enough.

I can’t imagine life as a dog mom without EEVMC. Every doctor and each staff members are Joy’s to work with. They are caring, patient and I trust each of them 100% with caring for my dogs…and me! This is a practice full of thoughtful professionals and I highly recommend them.

We have been taking our 2 corgis and cat to East End for several years and love it! I recommend our vet to everyone with pets because of how well they have always treated our babies. We never have to wait to get in for our appointment, they fit us in if there is an immediate issue, and they are always professional and nice!! We love East End and highly recommend their services!!

We’ve been taking our puppy to EEVMC since we got her in Feb and have had great experiences so far. It’s easy to call and ask questions, and they have evening and weekend appointments available which is so nice. We’ve only been for routine checkups and vaccinations so far but I would not hesitate to call for any emergency.

I LOVE this vet and everyone who works here!! Right from the start when I brought my dog in for his first appointment, they sent us a card welcoming us and all the staff signed it! It was the sweetest thing ever. Everyone that works here is so friendly and helpful and you can tell really has your pet’s best interest at heart. They don’t even mind when I call them all the time to ask “Whats this thing on my dog???” Or other overly worried pet parent questions like that, haha. They let me send pictures of things I have questions about and let me know whether or not I need to actually come in which I love because then James (my dog) doesn’t need to make an unnecessary trip to the vet and I save some money which is always great lol. Not to mention every time I’ve had to have something done at this vet it has been SUPER reasonably priced. They send email reminders when your pet is due for any shots or vaccines that are super helpful. Overall you can just tell that everyone who works here really cares about your pets and I recommend them to every pet parent I know. Thank you so much EEVMC for everything!! :)

My experience has been so-so. I have a dog and a cat, and neither visit was particularly great. I've only been to this vet during COVID hours, so I have never interacted with any veterinarians, only vet techs. For the most part, the service was friendly, timely, and professional. However, both times I've been there, I felt like I was being upsold. They told me to "try" a shampoo for my dog then ended up charging $28 for it. They told me my cat needed special food for his stomach.. so I bought it. It felt like I was at a car dealership where I was forced to say yes because they're the expert. The tipping point was when they tried to tell me that my cat needed anti anxiety medicine before going to the vet, every single time he goes to the vet. It felt a bit schemey -- so I will not be returning.

I cannot say enough good things about EEVMC, they are truly the best! The doctors and their staff go out of there way to help your pets... I would never go anywhere else, I went to my last vet for 20 years thinking they were the best until I met the doctors here... I have English Bulldogs and not many vets are aware of their special needs the way these doctors are....

They've devised a great little system to continue serving the community during covid.

High knowledge about and high interest in my new puppy. Very helpful and welcoming. Lots of informative discussion from the Dr. My puppy went in frightened from the car ride over, but came out with her tail wagging and smiling - she was well taken care of by the EEVMC staff.

Front office was clean and nicely decorated. Front desk staff were pleasant and attentive. The vet was very kind and patient with my cat and answered all of our questions. Would highly recommend.

Very friendly and professional, my normally nervous dog was treated very well and had a great time with the staff. Would recommend.

I have always had a positive experience at East End Vet for my Labrador Retriever's care! And soon they will be caring for my two cats.

Love love love everyone at & everything about EEVMC. Mojo has been a patient since he was 8 weeks old (now 9 years). They take such awesome care of him. Even after I moved out of the area, I still kept him with the veterinarians here. The entire staff is amazing.

Dr. Berner is without a doubt the best vet I have ever been too.. over the years I have had a few different ones... but Dr. Berner is very kind, compassionate and truly cares about you fur babies, she has helped us so much , very knowledgeable and gives you all the time in the world that you need with her... the prices are very reasonable... Everyone at her practice is wonderful! I just can’t say enough how happy you would be going to East End Veterinary Medical Center

I have never met or worked with a vet who was more compassionate and thorough than Dr. Fisher. Absolutely the best vet I've ever been to and would highly recommend taking your vet to East End. Not only do they provide excellent service, they are VERY reasonably priced.
