Vets are great, support staff are great.

They took really good care of our dogs. One gets nervous, the other is apprehensive of non carpet floors. They were really patient and good with them.

They always take good care of my fur baby.

PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD FIND ANOTHER ANIMAL EMERGENCY FACILITY, THESE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOU ANIMALS..THEY WILL DIE UNDER THEIR CARE. I had a dog die a month after being through extensive surgeries and treatment, over 3k and they fired me as a client because I became upset about the animals death…I’m in talks with a lawyer now…FYI THE OWNER PAYS GOOGLE TO REMOVE NEGITIVE REVIEWS M

In and out fast. People are always friendly and seem to be concerned about my cat.

If you pet has an emergency or an issue that can wait a month you will get absolutely 0 help from them. They don't care about you or your pets. Have also had problems with their veterinarians telling me complete opposite things about problems with my dog. After 2 years it's time to leave them and find somewhere that cares about the customers/patients.

Great people! We asked for a check up for our rescue cat Chance. Tiffany, Dr. Shamblan both were excellent. Bloodwork, rabies shot. They went above and beyond to assure that our furrbaby is healthy. I recommend them and they are affordable. We are thankful for all of their help.

My dog needed his Rabies vaccine I called & got same day care ???? I arrived & called Tech came out to the parking spot # after a few mins & carried him in & brought him back she even had a towel wrapped on him to keep him warmer????

Very friendly, caring, compassionate and hardworking staff. We've taken our dogs here for years and always receive the best care. Never feel like our animals are/were treated as a number, they have always treated them like family.

Very nice staff. Vet seemed knowledgeable. They offered to take a look at my rabbit real quick for me even though they don't officially handle them.

I had very rude experience today at Shenandoah veterinary Hospital, called the hospital this morning at 9:30 to see if I could get an appointment for my dog which had a cough, the receptionist on the phone said that they had a cancellation today that I could come in at 11:30. This was not a emergency either. Went down to the hospital clinic ,they checked my pet out ,diagnosed what was going on, the normal office visit fee is $63 , after they were finished they told me the bill would be $167 plus tax so I questioned her that the office visit was only $63 but she said that if we get you in the same day that is an extra fee and I said I didn’t ask for emergency visit you told me you had a cancellation by this time I was getting a little aggravated, the receptionist was starting to treat me very rudely and saying that I knew that if I got a same day appointment it was extra ,but I did not know that because she did not refer that to me on the phone. She very rudely snapped up the prescription bottle that the doctor had given me off of the table and said if you’re not gonna pay the extra you’re not entitled to this prescription, (which was a small bottle of hydrocodone which I assume cost 70+ dollars ridiculous )I did not lose my temper so I went out to the reception desk, And the receptionist said well you’ll have to pay this amount which was the $63 office visit plus the $28 emergency office visit so I paid the $91 plus tax and told her I would not come back to this veterinarian hospital ever again !!They should not have a receptionist that is rude to their patrons.The dr. and helper ,I give them high marks!! Never had a problem in the past two years!

It’s called a hospital but they won’t take you for an emergency they’ll tell you they’re completely booked and give you a date a month away.

Great service, however my dogs medication went from $60+ in 2019 to $90+ in 2020 to $136 in 2021. Over double in 2 years

Professional and care about your fur babies..

I usually had good service with Shenandoah in the past. They did not have an appointment that suited my pets emergency and had to make an appointment else where but they did give me good advice that helped.

Spayed my feral cats. Got them rabies shots snd microchipped.

Hands down best Veterinarian in the area, the staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable, and they take the time to make sure all your questions are answered

Great service, friendly staff, professional, knowledgeable. I didn’t know a veterinarian in the area. Called several. Shenandoah Veterinary Hospital stood out positively from the first phone call. The same good treatment was experienced through the entire visit and experience. Dr. Brian Gilpin and Jenny were kind, understanding and informative. I recommend and will return to Shenandoah Veterinary Hospital with my pet.

My dog has been having problems with his ears and the vet gave me drops for earwax. However, they haven't helped him at all...in addition, I arrived 15 minutes early just to have to sit in my car for almost 40 minutes. I'm pregnant so my back was killing me and it was extremely hot. Plus my dog started getting super anxious in the parking lot
