When our old vet offices closed we just followed our Vet to this one. Great service and both vets know my bad kids. I am glad they keep me up on question and concerns I have

Doctor Sollenberger is the best vet I've ever seen. It's worth the drive to receive great care for your furry friends here.

I want to say thank you to Pam G for going the extra mile to make me feel like my dog is in the best hands.. I also had a conversation with Kim Burton previously who also went above and beyond. Your customer service is awesome. I feel confident taking my dogs here.

The Doctors are what makes this place. The massaging and staff could do a little better. If there was a 4 1/2 overall that's more like it.

According to their policy from their Vets, backroom staff doesn't know what's up with sick animals, even though they are tasked with caring for said fur babies! We found this admission quite astounding, and was shown they meant business when one of them hurt our puppy! They wanted to isolate our reaction from the cause and was quite indignant when we were visibly upset! Obviously, their bottom line means more and their concern was lacking the basic decency one would expect, when something happens that was their FAULT! A shiny new addition to their building won't and does not impress us. It just scares me that some other family will be blinded by their new extension and think that means they must be a great practice.

Friendly service; a little chaotic with all of the techs coming and going, bringing dogs out to the parking lot, taking others in, etc. Little bit of line, so somewhat of a wait to get the meds, pay for the visit, etc.

Appointment isn't until Nov 1. The lady who answered the phone was absolutely the best. Answered every question I asked, and polite, friendly, and informative. That's an awesome beginning. More later.

We really appreciate the love for our fur babies and the little extras they do for us. Always friendly and none of the money grabbing some vets do.

The doctors and staff are great but you have to leave yourself time...like alot time. This is probably ably the 3rd time in a row where I arrive about 12 minutes before my time and I am about 20 minutes after the actual appointment time, and still currently waiting. Great staff and doctor's though.

I took my girls to Hillside Veterinary the first time in September to get their well checkup with shots and one of my girls came back in October to get her boosters. I was very pleased with tech's who came out to my car for my girls. I had a pleasant conversation on the phone with the doctor. I will definitely be using Hillside Veterinary from now on for babies.

The doctors and employees at Hillside are excellent, incredibly kind, and give my pets the best care! I've been going here for years. Thank you Dr. Masters for providing such a wonderful place.

We were referred to them through Spay Today. Beware of charges that they do not tell you about, long waits to have your pet spayed or neutered, rude staff, poor preservice communication, and the vet adding unnecessary charges on top of it when you get there. Don't be surprised when you pay over a $100 on the phone when you book and the then again on the day of the surgery. It's not fair to walk into charges blindly. According to the vet it is Spay Today's responsibility and according to Spay Today it's the vet's responsibility. Who is responsible?? I guess that falls on the owner who has to dig into their pocket, you're not helping us get our pet spayed or neutered cost effectively if you are charging us a fortune in extra fees(presurgical exam, blood work, shots, pain medicine, other meds, etc.). They're only answer to the problem was to send our pet home with no pain medicine, how inhumane is that!( Which we obviously did not opt to do) I would have gone through my own vet and had a shorter wait time to get them taken care of. I will never use the service again or Dr. Masters and Hillside Veterinary Service it was more of a hassle than it was worth and lack of communication is disappointing on both theirs and the vet's office.

I have my animals get a wellness exam each year so that if they need to be seen for sickness it’s not an issue. Hillside has been wonderful to our animals, but 3+ weeks for a sickness appointment or drop off is unacceptable for established patients. We shouldn’t have to pay an inflated drop off fee or for an emergency visit when we’re already established. It also doesn’t help my animals when you’re booking so far out. I was told their reasoning is they’ve been seeing a lot of new patients recently, so why not halt your intake for new patients and take care of the established ones? This has been ongoing since we came to Hillside a year and a half ago.
