Excellent care for my boys. Everyone is friendly, professional and attentive. Dr. Piercy and team are excellent.

They have awesome staff that make you and your fur babies feel welcome. The medical staff was polite and concise in the care of my animal. They have a great program called paw plans that make vet care costs more manageable for the average person.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They are the best Vet clinic in the area.

Good vet, Dr Mohler is very nice. Always get good service here, and I rarely have to wait.

This was the first time we boarded our dog since the pandemic. In addition, we traveled to the area from North Carolina. We boarded our dog for three nights and when we picked her up she was very calm, relaxed and clean. The staff even washed her bed! Highly recommend!

Had to drop our cat for a couple of days while passing through. They took excellent care of my fur baby & had a kitty condo (little cubicle with a view). Very reasonably priced. Had her vaccinated & groomed too. Very friendly staff.

On November 4, 2021 around 10:00 PM my Chihuahua had swallowed something or may have got some food lodged in her throat. I first noticed a wheezing sound, as I looked and found her laying at the edge of my bed I realized she was hardly breathing. I looked down her mouth couldn’t see anything. Tried to make her throw up, nothing. I tried and tried to get her air way clear but I couldn’t. We called the closest 24 hour vet office which was Greenbrier Vet off plane view drive. We explained desperately our 9 month old chihuahua is having a very hard time breathing and we needed to rush her to the closest vet. Only to be told that this specific vet only sees there animals that sees them regularly. Also was directed for us to travel to Roanoke to the 24 hour animal hospital there which is further than Lewisburg. This had opened not only my eyes, but as well as many other I have been sharing this with. A true Veterinarian Office will not turn away a dog that cannot breath! This goes to show that Greenbrier Vet isn’t in business for the animals. Money wasn’t a problem for our baby. Time was the problem. Luckily we went to Roanoke and got help from them. Hats off to them for taking care of our precious girl. I recommend to anyone that is thinking of using this vet, think twice.

Excellent Dr and staff unfortunately I went thinking all I needed was meds for my doggie Ziggy but she was sicker then we thought,and I had to send her to the ???? rainbow bridge....

Always takes best care of my furbabies

Our pup, Eddie, is an oversized handful, but responded beautifully to the vet tech who picked him up from our car. He had two surgical procedures and we expected a few tough days for recovery, but after a groggy evening, he woke up today, ready for fun. The staff and vet explained the procedures and aftercare very well, plus provided written instructions to refer to. Always an excellent experience at Greenbrier veterinary hospital!

Great have been going there for more yrs than I remember.Staff is super nice and very compassionate when some fur babies went over the ???? bridge.

Dr. BAUM and the staff in Covington office are amazing. She has cared for our Hanna for years. Now, Hanna has cancer. I don't think that we could get through this final stage of Hanna's life without her. I feel that Dr. Baum has helped us to accept and deal with what is ahead of us. God Bless you. Ng

We are poor... very poor, and they were willing to work with us to better the life of our kitten. That a rare thing now days. They will be our vet for the foreseeable future.

I was worked in for a last of the day appointment. My cat was not doing well. From the tech who came to check us in at the car to the (actually same tech????)who checked us out. All staff were wonderful. The veterinarian explained things very well and gave options and opinions. She was very invested in finding out what was wrong and making my cat well!

Dr Baum and her assistant were so good with our fur babies. I was impressed with the staff and the cleanliness of the clinic. Will be using them when needed and highly recommend them for anyone with a pet.

Very pleased with our decision to go to Greenbrier Valley Vet. Dr Williams took excellent care of our dog and seemed to truly care. Also before doing tests etc we discussed cost to assure it was something we were ok with, really appreciated that as well!!!!

My husband and I were traveling in our motor home from Florida to Michigan. Both of our dogs became ill with vomiting and diarrhea the day before we were scheduled to leave Virginia. Due to scheduling we had to leave the next day. Every two hours we had to stop. On route we tried to find an animal clinic or hospital. I had no success getting anyone to see me except Greenbrier Veterinary Hospital. They got us in quickly and we were off within an hour. We are so grateful to them. No one else would fit us. Thank you so much!!

My dog was very sick and had stopped eating for the past 2 days. We took him to the Greenbrier Animal Hospital in Lewisburg. Was promptly assisted by Dr. Williams who was very engaged in our concerns and after a brief examination of Auggie, recommended various tests and explained each test to us so we knew why they were being recommended any the approximate costs involved, at the same time leaving the decisions to us. Following the tests Dr. Williams returned to us and thoroughly explained the results and presented us with a comprehensive plan of treatment outlining what we could expect from the treatment along with signs we should be aware of. My wife and I left feeling better about Auggie‘s overall condition and felt that we could expect a positive outcome. We highly recommend when needed that you place your trust in the staff of the Greenbrier Animal Hospital. They truly make the health of your pet their first priority... Barry and Debbie Balser

They're amazing. Very accomodating and helpful.

We were in a pinch while traveling with our 15 year old border collie. Dr. Piercy and her staff are our heroes. It is pretty scary for us to take our old gal to a vet we do not know, but the care she received was better than at our home vet! I am almost glad our girl needed help so we could see what true vet care looks like. The entire staff and operation is something all vets should strive to achieve. I have a history in human medical field, and your pet will receive better care than you probably do at your own healthcare!
