1; Due to urgency, we got an appointment right away; 2. They told me the diagnosis politely and understandably, and then they did only the treatment we asked for; 3. The healing of the animal was checked by phone after 2 days; In summary, they did a very good job politely, with professional communication.

We’ve been bringing our pets here for 3 years and have not a single complaint. These veterinarians really know their field and will explain all the scientific details regarding your pet’s condition and tests. They hire very capable assistants too.

We have a 5 month old puppy who had her first experience with diarrhea and could not get over it. When I called, they were so nice and helpful and worked with us until we figured out what was wrong with her and got us the medication we needed on a Saturday!!! We are so thankful for them and the people they have working there care about your pet. Totally would recommend them to anyone!

I won't be going back to this vet because of front desk lady, even though this vet is only 5 mins away from my home. She is extremely rude and unprofessional ---I was given wrong prescription (for wrong size dog), miscounted prescription( billed for 3 capsules but only given 1 capsule) , expired prescription( expired on Mar 2020, but prescribed on Nov 2020). Too many details makes me concerned and disappointed - plus her attitude was just awful.

They are so friendly and my dog loves going to them. Has anyone heard of a dog enjoying going to the vet because, me neither. My dog loves them and I love them. It is also very reasonably priced compared to other vets I have been to.

About a month ago we had to put our dog Coco to sleep. It was heart wrenching to go through, however the staff were amazing with empathy to our situation. We received follow up sympathy cards and also a donation to a shelter in the name of Coco. It’s rare to see a company take so many steps to comfort and satisfy their customers. Thank you so much for being there for our family in a tough time.

I won't be going back to this vet and it is all because of Joyce. She is extremely rude and will not let you get a word in edgewise when you speak to her on the phone. When you ask to speak to someone else she continues to talk and won't let anyone speak then hangs up on you. Not professional at all and I can take my money and my dog elsewhere.

Went for the first time today with my puppy, such a great experience!!! Everyone there was so nice and incredibly helpful. Dr. Riddile was exceptional in answering questions and providing explanations for everything that was being done. Great hours, convenient, easy to use website to make an appointment, great prices.

I cannot say enough good things about Main Street. We've been to many area vets over the years and never found one we actually liked until we turned to these folks. Each person at the facility is thoughtful, professional, and gives our animals the best possible care.

I cannot speak highly enough of Main Street Veterinary Clinic. My dog tested positive for lyme disease and had some concerning lab work that my vet at home could not offer me any insight on. I had an appointment with Dr. Halkowich who is the owner of the clinic as well. She gave me extremely thorough information and walked me through everything for about an hour and answered every question I had. Even the vet tech was amazing and so helpful with calming my dog through the appointment. Dr. Halkowich is obviously extremely knowledgeable and I would recommend this clinic to any pet owner!
