Stonecrest Animal Medical Center Huntington, West Virginia

It has been a continuously good experience going to this Veterinary Office. We had to put one of our fur kiddos down recently; that was hard. The crew was sensitive, understanding, and supportive. It has a good communication with the Animal Shelter and Animal ER. The Veterinarians and Vet Techs are helpful and ready to answer questions.

Great but pressure into feeling guilty for not being able to pay for certain things so you don't do them

Very rude. Don’t care about animals at all. Had to switched to another vet.

Ask me a week ago and I would have sang their praises. They have been great to me and my dogs. However recently I have moved states and their sheer impatience and downright rude attitude with my transition (one of my dogs has 3 prescriptions) has dampened my adoration for this place. The veterinarians themselves are great, and usually so are the vet techs, but this last call and visit has left much to be desired.

We have been using this vet's office for years. They are very good doctors and have such compassion for the animals.Through the years unfortunately we have had to put down some of our fur babies and they could not be any more compassionate with us and our babies.I highly recommend them.

I've been going to Stonecrest for several years. Both of my dogs and my cat go there. I have recently chosen to switch because they have decided to not use a heart-worm test from an "outside office" (my dogs get their tests done at a shot clinic), causing my dog to go several weeks without heart worm prevention. I also had an appointment there a few weeks ago and this was never mentioned to us. I will be switching vets this week

After a very difficult decision to put my "Abbie" to sleep, Stonecrest Vet and Staff were very compassionate, understanding and consoling throughout the experience. They allowed me some needed time to say my final goodbye to my "fur baby". It was my decision to take her home to bury her. Once again, the staff took some time to express their sympathy. That was followed up by a sympathy card within a few days. Words cannot express my deep appreciation of Stonecrest....

We had taken our dog to Stonecrest Animal Medical Center for the first time on March 15. We were concerned about hip issues with our dog. Waiting time was only 10-15 mins. The vet tech, who was pleasant and professional, took our dog back for x-rays. Dr. Davis explained her findings in the xrays and performed a very thorough neurological exam. Dr. Davis explained clearly what she suspected and how she going to treat and care for our dog. We are greatly impressed with both Dr. Davis' and her staff's care. We believe that Dr. Davis and staff have surpassed the typical care for animals.

The vet and staff here is absolutely amazing!! Prices are very reasonable too!!

Dr Smith and her staff were amazing when I just dropped in for an emergency. Could not have ask for better care for my sweet baby!

Absolute worst facility I’ve ever been to prescribed my dog a Rimadyl blood thinner while telling me we needed to clot blood my dog almost died due to her negligence!!! She laughed in my face when I asked to get my money back for the medication she almost killed him with

Dr Johnson is the best vet if ever seen! I have had too many bad experiences at other vets and she has always fixed my pet right up!After spending unnecessary expenses at other places!I travel a hour each way to see her and she's the only vet i will allow touch my pets from now on!

The staff, and Drs. King & Millen, are so compassionate, professional, knowledgeable and kind. They make every person and pet feel special.
