I take my dog there to get Groomed.. And to see the vet. Great people.

The Veterinarian genuinely cares. She always knows what to do in any given situation. She is very bright - and she's passionate about her work.

Very knowledgeable and listen to all your concerns. They work with you to determine the best treatment plan for you and your pet. They explain everything in great detail and don't rush you through the visit.

Great office. They took excellent care of our sweet Maya until the very end.

Great ppl staff is kind and the vets are tops boarding my dogs was so easy and my boys where taken care of ...thank you guys

These people are horrible. Don’t bring your pet here. They’ waste your time and it’s not worth it. Their yelp reviews are a more accurate representation of how you’ll be treated. I had an appointment at 11:45 called before to say ill be there at 11:50 called again to tell them i was there. Waited FOR AN HOUR, this is in the middle of a work day, whats the point of having an appointment?? Called again and was lied to that they’ll call me in 2 mins. Received no calls from them, but the receptionists said they tried to call me twice. After someone has already called you 3x and you already had them wait an hour wouldn't common sense tell you they are outside waiting for us. I didn't receive a call from then but when i called again 10 mins later after she said she’d call me in 2 mins. They said they wanted to reschedule!! I was the ONLY car in the parking lot at this point. Trash facility and customer service. Don't waste your time.

My Vet was a very thoughtful and awesome lady. I had to put down my cat that was in her upper teens. She belonged to my friend who past away, I took her after that. But the cat was so old and went blind. It was time for her to go, was having a hard time. It was the rt thing to do. My vet explained everything. My mind is in a fog when it came to her name. Tall lady with glasses. Very nice, because of her.. From here on out. My cats I had since they was babies will be seeing her soon. I will recommend ppl to go there, just like I was recommend on a fb post.

The only place I will take my pets. The Drs and staff are amazing and caring.

I was scheduled for my first appointment and it got rescheduled due to an emergency with the doctor (which is understandable) I was told by Melissa the receptionist that my appointment would be later in the week on Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. I arrived 5 minutes early and called at 10:30 to confirm arrival & to gain entrance. When I spoke with the other receptionist I was told that there were no rooms available and that we would have to wait to be called in. We were not able to do so due to other appointments being scheduled today. I called back and spoke with Melissa & she claimed my appointment was at 10:45 and it was not, she booked me for 10:30 - she came across as passive/aggressive & rude. Immediately decided not to take my dog back.

Going to Good shepherd Veterinary has been very satisfying for us as a foster parent and ready to adopt our Princess. They treated us like long standing clients!

Had a 4 o clock appointment for nail trip and rabies shot. I was standing in the building waiting to get waited on and they waited on the guy that came in after me first. I was told there was not a room available and it would take a little bit. Its 5:30 and they still haven't called. We gave up and went home.

This where we take our pets for checkups and boarding.

In February I had a cat have a catheter. He was deathly sick and was there for four days. When I picked him up he was covered in pee. Been going to this animal hospital since 2017 & I used to swear by them, but after that i do not recommend them. My cat was like my baby & that shouldn’t of happened especially if people were doing their jobs correctly.

Called after my dog was bitten by a copperhead, they seemed unconcerned and told us they didn't have any appointments available. Completely unacceptable for an emergency call.

The appointment was right on schedule and their staff is professional as well as very friendly. Your pet is treated with concern as well as respect. Great experience.

We took our husky Jax in to be neutered first time we been here we was very happy and impressed with the staff and the doctor,they were very friendly and we knew he was in good hands we will be bringing our pets here from now on

I had to have a cat (10 months old) due to advanced feline leukemia that she was born with. They were so kind and empathetic and handled her so gently, which made this heartbreaking experience a little easier to deal with.

My appointment was 11:30. At 12:20 i called to see what the problem was. The girl said nobody gets seen at their appointment time and kinda laughed. My dog has seizures and panic attacks and they knew this. He was having a major panic attack for the whole time. I finally left without seeing the dr. But as I got home my dog had another seizure probably from stress. This is NOT fair especially for established patients.

Good Shepard has always done an excellent job - prices are reasonable - everyone is super friendly.

The vets and staff are great. But be prepared to wait an hour or more just to be seen even if you’ve had a prior appointment. There had been multiple times I straight up left and had to make another appointment for another day.

Fast friendly service. You guys are great with my sons guinea pigs.
