I have taken Sugar & Spike there twice. I really like the new salon & boarding facility - it has great potential. Everyone working there is so nice & respectful. My two cats come home calm, clean, & shiny. They are able to get Sugar’s knife to comb out after washing & without having to clip her long beautiful coat. I highly recommend them.

This was my 1st visit to Megan, and I goofed everything up. I arrived a day early. She was so kind to get my little GiGi in right then. She is a short hair Chihuahua mix, so grooming was minimal. But Megan didn't stress over it, she made me feel very welcome. And she did an awesome job!! Normally when I bath GiGi she is very anxious, and I am too. But she did great! Thank you Megan and team! I will definitely be back.

The staff here are WONDERFUL. The service is ALWAYS good. This is a GO TO for any family of mine. The staff are completely sweet and completely reliable. Never once have i ever had ANY issues. Highly recommend!

Was charged more than was originally told Was rushed from work to pick my dog up (I was there by 1:15) You can see clipper marks all over my dog (golden doodle) Wondering how sanitary this place is due to the fact my dog peed in the floor as we was leaving and the employees had locked up and was in the car leaving before I got backed out of the parking lot Not at all satisfied!!!!

Overall super friendly and made my Yorkie look way better (he looks rough from old age), but there was a lot of uneven spots and his skin was hot to the touch and extremely red. Also, feel like there online page was super unhelpful.

I asked for them to keep my dogs downy fur and they shaved my dog completely to the skin!! Will never go back!!

They did a wonderful job with my baby girl Peanut! She's usually super skittish around any sort of grooming but they did an amazing job with her!
