Would highly recommend. DVAH provided the best care for my sweet kitty cat during a very hard time at the end of her life. The techs and vets are very knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate. They all seemed to actually care about my pet during a time when I had been receiving very mediocre care from a different local vet just down the road. Thanks to Dr. Mack, Dr. Cohen, and especially JJ. I look forward to seeing you all again when my heart is ready for my next kitty.

We were there for a general check up, he was chewing on his nails, and had a vomiting incident the day before. The veterinarian's first comment as she walked into the room was that the dog has a lot of issues and we can't get to all of them today. She barely examined him (she literally spent less than a minute examining him) but wrote up multiple prescriptions nevertheless (more than $200 worth). The cost of the medications were not even part of the discussion. We were just given a final bill along with the medication. Even after requesting a chip scan multiple times, it was not done. Not a place we would like to go back for sure. Looking up other caring veterinarians in the area now.

My dog was very sick with nausea and gastic problems. Dr. Mack was able to see her quickly and made her more comfortable within the first visit. Dr. Mack helped take care of the immediate symptoms and we developed a follow up plan in case the problem continued. I was so pleased with her professionalism and responsiveness!

Awesome veterinary clinic. We are moving out of the area, or I would go here forever. They know my dogs by name and always ask how they are doing. The care is affordable and efficient. They will be greatly missed.

We had been taking our senior kitty to another local animal hospital, and took her to Dominion Valley Animal Hospital after they couldn't squeeze her in when she was sick. The staff was very friendly and fit her in quickly. She has chronic kidney disease, and we learned that it had turned into renal failure. It was a sad diagnosis to get, but Dr. Cohen was great and presented us with treatment options her previous vet had never mentioned. (They just told us to get her to eat the prescription kidney food -- which she refused.) I'm very thankful that our cat is in their care, and hoping the options offered will help her stay comfortable and happy for longer.

It started when I would get email after email about services my dog did not need. When I finally brought my girl in all seemed to be ok. My next visit was a total mess. She needed a urine sample that I supplied and got tested. SO far so good. Then I get a call from them saying I haven't submitted my urine sample yet. WTH? I was sent an email from the doctor calling me a MS and she even called me a different name than mine. How can I trust this vet with my dogs life if they can't get their system right? I wrote to the vet about how I was not happy and she never responded. I found a new vet now

Brought our dog in here today for the first time as she had an ear infection that popped up and they had an opening and great reviews. The staff was incredibly friendly even with my large dog who is not thrilled with trips to the vet. Thank you so much!

Vet fit my dog into a full schedule because of urgency of need. Every aspect of care was professional and caring. They even called the next day to check on how she was progressing.

Dominion Valley Vet is wonderful. Staff is friendly, professional and efficient. I was able to get an appointment quickly and all my needs were met.

When our normal vet did not have any appointments for over a month we were scrabbling for a new vet to see our sick pup. Dominion Valley Animal Hospital was able to get her in the very next day and did a wonderful job. They were informative about the treatment and allowed us to make decisions as to how many tests we were okay with running. We are very pleased with the overall service and likely will not go back to our other vet.

I've been taking my cat here for about 6 years and I think it's just about the best vet I've ever used. The people are super friendly and very knowledgeable. They're extremely kind and gentle with my cat. And despite being in an somewhat affluent area, I think they're very reasonably priced. 10/10 recommend.

I am very impressed with the quality of care that was given to my two new fur baby kittens. They were rescues from Faquier County Aspca and I needed a close reputable vet practice. There were many to chose from, but I chose the BEST! DVAH has such a high level of loving care! Look no further, just choose them and you too will be happy as I am! I look forward to bring my kitties back if ever the need arises.

They take good care of my pets. But they are always trying to add on services that the animals "are due for" that I'm not sure are always necessary. I ask for an estimate before I take a pet in and the final bill is always double what they estimated we need. I wish the estimate would include these add on services so I can decide before I get there if I need them or not and not feel guilty for tuning down tests.

We have a new puppy and never been dog owners before, and they have been so helpful and kind in answering all of our questions. And even better, my dog runs to the door when he knows he is going to the vet - they are incredibly kind and thoughtful to my dog. Highly recommend this Vet.

Dr. Cohen and the vet tech Beverly were very good with our large Akita, would highly recommend this practice. We take our Akita there for allergies etc....he has been doing a lot better since we started at Dominion Valley Animal Hospital. He can be a little stand-offish but loves everyone here!

I want to give a huge thank you to the DVAH team for how they cared for my pup today. We’ve been experiencing lackluster (non-existent) service from our previous vet for a while and we needed to get care for our pup ASAP. DVAH did not hesitate to welcome us in and took care of her so quickly. They explained the whole process and just made it easy for us to not worry. Prompt, responsive service, affordable care and excellent customer service - even on a stressful day - speaks volumes. I think we’ve found our permanent vet home.

Impressed with the staff and answered all my questions as a new bird owner. Bubbles the Cockatoo was also very calm in the office so I suppose he liked y'all also. Keep up the great work!

I never see the same vet twice, which is perplexing. I wish there was more continuity of care. We have been going to DVAH for five years. The vet we saw last seemed really scattered, had to be reminded to give me medication for my dog's eye infection. The tech kept recommending annual testing that we'd already completed.

They were so accommodating in helping me with my cat after a stressful few days. They made time to complete a surgery and provided extra care (cuddles) with my cat to ensure she was okay.
