We love this doggy daycare and our pup gets so excited to see all of the friends he's made. It's a life saver when my husband and I aren't able to work from home. They allow you to drop off pups day of without reservations if you're in a pinch. Most of the time they have availability, only on rare occasion have we been turned away without a reservation.

These people are wonderful. Sad we are moving, because they take such good care of our pets when we are out of town or showing our house. Highly recommend!! 100x better than Dogtopia.

BooBoo and Allie boarded for the first time and seemed to really enjoy it. We took them on a 3 mile hike after picking them up and they are pooped.

Staff especially the owner is rude and disrespectful, i do not trust leaving our pets with them.

Grooming services are unprofessional and overpriced. They will give you only 30 mins from the time they finish grooming your dog to pick it up or they charge a “late fee”. It takes me 20 mins just to drive there. Then they tell me they moved my dog into a higher weight category and charged $10 more. I asked them to weigh him and he was still in the previous weight. Then they tell me it was an extra $5 per dog to “keep them long.” They are labradoodles and I discussed with the groomer when I dropped them off that they were NOT matted and I didn’t want them shaved. I was not told that it would be $10 more to not shave them. Save yourself a lot of nickel and dime attitude and go somewhere else.

ADDO Haymarket offers the best experience for your pup. Their state of the art facility has everything needed to entertain and care for our dog. The staff absolutely loves and spoils our pup every time he visits.

I get my labradoodle groomed here. They are excellent groomers and my boy looks so clean and and handsome when I pick him up! I've also recently boarded my puppy for a few days and he had so much fun! He didn't want to leave! I will definitely be using them for every vacation here on out.

It was a wonderful experience. Our fur babies had fun and are now totally exhausted at home. Daisy is on the sofa and Cody is laying on the floor. Sound asleep already. Thank you for the fun and well cared for day.

Dog owners beware!!!!!!! We had been concerned about the treatment of our dog, while at Dog's Day Out, for some time. There have been multiple times that I have gone to pick him up, only to find him locked up in a kennel. They claim that he mounts other dogs at times, yet we have never had this issue at the dog park or when playing with friend's dogs. One time, I was told that he was in a kennel because he was the one being mounted. The rationale never made sense. We were beginning to think that he was exhibiting this behavior due to stress while at a Dog's Day Out. A colleague then informed me that she had to remove her two dogs from Dog's Day Out due to the stress that they were experiencing. This morning, as I was in the lobby talking to the owner, I noticed my dog being put in a kennel and every single kennel was occupied by dogs. There were 4 dogs not in kennels and they were being sprayed with water bottles by the owners husband and another boy. My dog did not mount any dog, was not mounted by any other dog, he did absolutely nothing...yet was being punished and locked in a kennel, along with almost every other dog in the large room. The owner then also noticed this and asked me to review the film with her so that we could see what he did to warrant being locked up. As we watched it was clear that he had done nothing. The owner said that it made no sense because my dog did nothing. I am sure that her husband, who was the one to lock my dog up, had no idea that I was still in the lobby watching this all take place. I was always curious as to why they have video cameras in all of the rooms, yet don't allow the dog owners access to the live feed so that we can see what is truly happening...now I know.

Andrea and Jim have created an absolutely INCREDIBLE facility here in Haymarket. I drive all the way from Maryland to board my pup at ADDO - and I couldn’t be happier. They are so passionate about what they do - and it shows! My 2 year old doberman spent this past week playing with his buddies and being loved on by ADDO’s super sweet team! I scooped him up and finished off his fabulous stay by bathing him in one of their well equipped self wash stations! His coat is super shiny, he is so happy and he is EXHAUSTED. The staff is awesome, the facility is super clean and well maintained, the prices and policies are very reasonable and the manner in which they dote on your fur babies is unparalleled... I could seriously go on and on. Can you tell I absolutely love this place? As a small business owner myself, I applaud you for what you’ve created here - in addition to filling a void in much needed QUALITY pet care and providing OUTSTANDING customer service, you are also creating a true sense of community. AMAZING. My pup is extremely paw sensitive is terrified of getting her nails cut. The staff was great, super sweet, and very calm/loving with her. She had her nails cut in record time with hardly any panic! Soooo happy !
