Great place and really nice staff

Vacationing from Massachusetts with our Australian Shepherd who has cardiac valve disease. Some of his new medications were creating problems. Dr. Ebert and his staff we're gracious enough to see us without an appointment and help us address our animals reaction to medication. It's hard to be so far away from regular services, but his staff give us a lot of comfort and clear guidance and sent an efficient report quickly to our veterinarians.Thank you,!!

Dr. Ebert is THE Best Vet Ever! Staff is always friendly & compassionate, especially during difficult visits. Would never want to take my kids anywhere else.

It's a very nice place. Will always take my pets there. Desaray is an amazing tech assistant. I love going and seeing the people there. Very nice and helpful, plus the girls there are pretty dam great looking. That's a gigantic perk going there. Lol????

The vet surgeon there actually took the time to come out and talk to us about our cat and what went on and stats about it. It felt really personal and kind.

Dr.Adams was really compassionate and explained everything thoroughly. Staff was all friendly and costs for visit and treatment was reasonable.

Absolutely amazing place and people

First of all claimed my sweet beagle was lunging at them when they were choking him and all he did was try to get away. Never looked at him after sitting for an hour and a half in their parking lot then charged $42 for the visit. Told me to reschedule for another day. After paying office staff ignored me and went on talking about other patients. Guess i really wasnt allowed to reschedule anyways. While in the exam room they bad mouthed me and my dog in the back as if they couldn’t w heard. Would never recommend this vet if you care about your animal!! Mine are like my children and believe they deserve better and yours do to.

I love these guys! Dr. And staff were awesome with Mr. Shivers when he sliced open his paw. Got me in that day and really seem to love their jobs.

They have taken care of my babies for 9 years!!

Very sweet staff, always willing to help

Took this little guy in today for an emergency visit today. Even though they were triple-booked, they still managed to get him seen and provided excellent care. I could not be more thankful and appreciative. They are absolutely the best around, and that is why they are our FAMILY VETERINARIAN ????❤????

I have had 3 cats fixed there. They all healed wonderfully. Staff froendly

Pricey. But they're for emergencies. So, it's understandable. I had to take my dog in, he had nothing serious fortunately and only need some pain meds to help him through it. They're very nice and seem to be very caring. I hope I never need their services again, but if I do, I won't hesitate to take my dog back to them.

Hickman run animal hospital has been my vet for the past 6 or so years . The staff and doctor is very good and takes very good care of my dogs .I have referred them to my friends and some of them has started going to Hickmans.

Hickman Run Animal Hospital is wonderful with my cat. They have reasonable rates and give great care. 10/10 for sure.

So thankful I found this place for my rats! I looked everywhere for a vet to see them and I finally found the perfect one. I called them on short notice in desperate need to get my two girls seen and they got me in fast. I can’t remember the doctors name but he was super sweet and I have full faith in him with treating my babies!
