When I think of the most caring, dedicated, honest, trustworthy, reliable, professional service, Happy Paws Pet Nanny is it! The whole entire loving team is just that! I wouldn’t trust my home and my furry best friends with anyone else. All the communication is top notch! (LOVE thier convenient booking app w/ real time notifications), Cristen is a blessing for coordinating the perfect time frames making sure everything runs as smooth as possible and caring about each individual home they visit. This team truly goes over and beyond! I love them and HIGHLY recommend @Happy Paws Pet Nanny to anyone looking for quality over the top amazing pet care. :)

This is a fabulous team! They work well together, love animals. I know that my critters are getting quality time at every visit. They are knowledgeable about critter needs, and what information is critter parents are looking for to ease our minds when we are away from home. If you have to be away from home, this team is the one for the critters and people who do better in their own familiar place and not at a boarding facility. Their app is very easy to use as well!

Happy Paws Pet Nanny is amazing! We are always nervous to leave our fur babies while we are away, but now that we use them we don’t have to worry at all! They give great updates and photos after each visit and are very responsive when you message them! Our cats are so happy to see them when they come. We don’t have any worries when our animals are on their care.

The appointment to initially learn about the Happy Paws Pet Nanny services - and to meet my two dogs - was delightful. Lots of good questions asked/answered by both of us. Interview was thorough and I felt there was a lot of attention to get to know my dogs, where I keep things for them that would be potentially needed for visits and a detailed profile online was made very quickly. The sign in process to their portal to make appointments for services is very easy and always up to date. My first request - I met Carol who was fun, energetic and easy to talk to - She made the dogs feel comfortable by her interaction with them and took the time to answer all of my questions on how the walk went... Thank you!! So far, great!!

A couple of years had passed since our family last utilized the services of The Happy Paws Pet Nanny. We had back to back weekends in August where we would be taking two of our two legged children off to college. I reached out to The Happy Paws Pet Nanny and the response was immediate. The process was easy and seamless. It was like we had just used them last week, not 2 years ago. Jill and her team at The Happy Paws Pet Nanny are amazing. It adds a lot of comfort going out of town, knowing that your 4 legged children are going to be well taken care of while you are gone. They provide very detailed updates as well as lots of pictures. I'm not one to leave reviews, but I have to say this company is the absolute best at what they do. They are prompt to communicate bookings. They seem to love what they do. I could not be more comfortable knowing my dog is home and taken care of by these people. They send emails with pictures for every visit. I cannot say enough good things about their entire process.

We were really nervous about leaving our 10 year old husky alone (overnight) for the first time, but he did so well with Happy Paws! They were extremely responsive and sent us updates and photos with every visit. When we got home it was obvious that he had been well cared for, and loved on while we were gone. We will absolutely use their services again. Highly recommend!

We’ve been using Happy Paws for 3 years. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!! They are always on time, professional, and incredibly courteous and kind. Their communication is second to none! We always receive photos and updates/texts throughout our vacation. Plus—they also do an excellent job taking care of your home (i.e. turning off and on lights, closing and opening the blinds, bringing in any packages or mail). We never have to worry about a thing while we are away. Our pets and us adore them!!

Sweet caring walkers that seem to never close or take a day off. Even during the pandemic, on holidays, or snow days, they still come out and do the walks. As a first responder, this is very important to me as I don't always have the luxury of staying home due to weather or holidays. Thank you, Happy Paws!

I LOVE their email/app report system. I get tons of photos and a full report of how my babies are doing immediately after each visit. Completely worry-free and I can see with my own eyes that they are being cared for. So easy to update my own information and pet care online as well. Such a caring company and they are SO convenient!

We realized that we had to go out of town for several days and our usual backup for our dog weren't available. As she was a senior dog and a homebody, we really did not want to board her. We had heard wonderful things about Happy Paws and requested a consult. Jill and her team were SO professional, we were truly impressed and did not hesitate to book. Simply the best care that you can give your four-legged friends! We have been a Happy Paws client for eight years and always felt that they cared for our pet like he was family. With every visit, we receive an email that describes how our pet was doing, specifics about the ‘business’ that was accomplished as well as pictures of our pet enjoying some Happy Paws love. Our visits have ranged from daily to as-needed and they have always been happy to visit with short notice, when we needed them unexpectedly.

Jill and company took great care of my 2 Corgis during a week long trip to Mexico. We had them come 4x a day and they were on time every window and always provided pictures and updates. The Corgs definitely loved having them around to walk …

We had 2 rescue puppies and used HPPN to walk and attend to them. They are always excited to see the walkers! HPPN also leaves a detail log entry in their notebooks from each visit. You'll love them!
