Excellent attitude and great people ????

Disappointing. Came here with my cat who was misdiagnosed and given meds that didn’t improve anything. Wasted money for literally nothing.

My little 5month old teacup Chihuahua only weighs 1lb 8oz. She is having vomiting lately and Dr Garcia has been so good trying to help her and me. Great staff. Will be glad when we can go in and I can actually see Dr and talk face to face.

Extremely disappointing. We have been going to this vet for over 10 years, and this last visit was the last. Every time you call to make an appointment they talk about how overwhelmed and busy they are, and it reflects in the care. After hundreds of dollars, both my cats were misdiagnosed, and we are on to a new place. When I told them we were switching, they could not have cared less.

Still in covid operation, but staff is super nice,helpful and knowledgeable. I am thankful for the care provided for my fur baby. I recommend this business 100%!

Staff takes good care of my dog. For saftey purposes, parents still can't enter the building.

This is the first time using them took both of our fur babies there and they did a great job on them checked them out without no problems even though we couldn't go in with them our 17 month old was scared at first to go in but by the time she came back out she wasn't afraid love dealing with them will definitely keep taking our fur babies there

If I could leave a review with zero stars, I would. Nice to be listed on the list by the Humane Society as one of the “affordable” vet care hospitals for low income families, applying my voucher to cover a simple spay, YET I HAVE A REMAINING BALANCE OF OVER $300!!! During a time like this in the economy when everyone is strapped for money and offering NO payment option and my cat must stay there until you decide to give her over to a shelter. So now for Christmas I get to tell my 4 year old his cat isn’t coming home.

I feel like I hit the jackpot with Boonsboro Veterinary Hospital! What an outstanding practice. They must've handled my big boy Zeke quite well because the next day after his surgery when I needed a cone adjustment he was so excited to see them again. I called and they told me to bring him in and they would fix the e-collar so my escape artist couldn't get it off. AND today giving me a call to check on my main man during his recovery. Seriously. I am so so pleased.

Our senior dog needed immediate attention. They told us to go somewhere else. We ended up putting her down later at another vet that accepted her. Don't use this vet!!!!!!!!!!!!
