Only place I will trust with my babies

They have saved my dogs life twice in the last 6 years. Took him in today because he hurt his back and they took real good care of him. Got me in right away (within 2 hours!). No outrageous prices.

Been relying on them for years. Very caring and thorough.

Takes way too long for an appointment any day but it's worse due to covid.

Could not be more disappointed with this vet. We just moved to the area, and within 4 months of getting here, my cat died from kidney failure. He was a perfectly healthy and social cat before moving to the area, and I tried telling the vets over and over again that something was wrong and they insisted to me that he was fine. They did not take blood work, x-rays, or anything else that would've told them there was a problem and my cat died in emergency care, barely clinging to life. When I brought up my anger and grief to the head vet, I was brushed off, so I requested my other pets' medical records to change vets. And now that I'm trying to take care of my late cat's insurance, they have stopped answering and returning my phone calls.... I cannot illustrate the unprofessional behavior of this office enough. I have one less pet and a broken heart because of the negligence of this staff.

4 years ago Dr Bloom was a attentive Dr giving detailed and caring information about our post prognosis. Now she is so overwhelmed she barely had time to do a proper post visit prognosis and give detailed information. The visit is rushed and the information for the post visit is very short and of very little help to know what is wrong with our pet. She is stretched so thin trying to help everyone by herself she seriously needs help. This is not very good care for what we would like to know about our pets.

We have been bringing our dog, Sam, to Bloom for years. They've always been caring, thorough, and knowledgeable. But today, after he suffered a stroke, they helped him leave this life in a gentle, dignified manner. Forever gratedul.

I moved to Yelm. I brought my 3 dogs to Bloom Veterinary pet hospital. To start I was not pleased with the care my dogs were given. The doc was not great with my dogs and was not very professional. I found a new vet and asked for my records to be transferred. They sent one page!!! I called to pick up my records in person. I finally received a call back and they said they don’t have them. I asked where they are and she said I don’t know. I asked if they lost them or destroyed them? She said I don’t know. She also said I don’t know why we are even talking about this. I keep my dog records from the time they are born. My husband is military and we move around and it’s always good to have their complete medical history. She was very complacent in the fact that they lost my dogs records. Stay away from this veterinary hospital not only for your pets care but especially if your military and have your animals complete records!!!! Horrible service!!! I really wish I could give no stars!!! There are really good animal hospitals in Yelm please stay away from this one.

My dog had a bad ear problems and I had been taking him to banfield in Lacy for years,they kept telling me it was just a yeast infection and kept giving me ear wash which I used as directed and nothing ever changed, I even had them send a culture to there lab and never heard anything back, finally I took him into bloom and right away she told me he had an antibiotic resistant bacteria infection and put him on some serious antibiotics,if I hadn't taken him into bloom we would have lost him,it's small and you might have to wait but I trust this vet and they have been great. it's hard to find a good vet but there is one in yelm I'll be taking all my pets there from now on.

I feel very lucky to have found Bloom Pet Hospital. and Dr. Busina. The doctor and her staff are so kind, i mean So Kind. They have taken care of several of my cats and my dog. The Dr. always calls me herself and is an excellent Vet. I can not say enough good things about Dr. Busina and her staff....THANK YOU SO MUCH, BLOOM.

Love this Vet!! We took our dog to the ER because he was jaundice and it was a Sunday night. They wanted roughly $3,000 just to diagnose the problem. After hours of waiting and a hefty bill to not even treat the problem. We decided to wait until morning and take him to Bloom Pet Hospital. She looked him over, did xrays, ultrasound, and blood work. Determined it was a kidney infection. Kept him for two nights then gave us fluids to administer for a week after. All said and done we paid about $800!!! They are extremely honest and amazing at the work they do.

First visit with pet #1 of 3. We are moving our pets to Bloom for 2 reasons - it's closer to our home and the service is more personal. Very friendly and a no nonsense approach to care for my pets. Done deal! I don't like my doctor over treating me and I don't need my pets over treated either. This is EXACTLY the care I have been seeking since we left our duty assignment in Georgia 20 years ago!

This little hospital gives our pets the special touch. They know our pets by name and treat them like their own. Even during this period of Covid, they went out of their way to give us a safe environment to keep our furr babies healthy.

Dr. Busina and her staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They care very much about your pets and give you great advice. Been going to this pet clinic for many years and have always been happy with the services they have provided.

They are phoenominal with all of my dogs. Amazing bedside manner when telling you bad news. Actually cares about their patients and it shows. Will never go anywhere else.
