Very easy way to bathe a large dog. Used to put on a swimming trunks and have to lock my dog in the bathroom, hop in the shower and basically straddle one of the bigger dogs I've owned. Here, you just hook up them up inside the tub and they have plenty of shampoo products to choose from.

I used to like this place until today. Went for nail trim for my lab. The short girl at reception volunteered since it was busy. Right away, she started handling him roughly. She kept forcibly pulling him towards her without giving him a chance to understand what is expected. She kept pulling his paws at uncomfortable angles. I told her multiple times to be gentle and that the more she forces him, the more he’ll panic and not co-operate. She was rude and her response was “If I don’t force him, he’ll think it’s the right behavior”!! Are you kidding me?!! He was doing nothing “wrong”. It’s a natural response to fear and stress. If you don’t know this basic thing about animals, then you shouldn’t be working with them!! Negative reinforcement should never be allowed in businesses we trust our pets with!! I told her she was terrible and wanted someone else to continue because my dog never had an issue with anyone else before. The next lady finished the job in a minute and was understanding and gentle (thank you). Never going back again!!

The groomers are patient, friendly, and kind. I have a very large and very fluffy English Cream Golden Retriever who is my partners service animal and he was sorely in need of a bath. I opted for self bathe and it took nearly 3 hours. Somehow, the conditioner bottle had been repurposed as a bottle of baby oil which I did not know until after he was covered... need-less-to-say, not once did they give me grief about taking so long, instead they helped search for animal friendly ways to strip the baby oil out of his fur and we finally went with dawn dish soap which they provided without extra cost. Thank you so much for all your help! I never would have gotten him ready for work the next day without you!

Very nice people and great place to wash my dog since he is a 86 lb German Shepherd.

Monday afternoon 3:45. Drove 20 miles to wash my dog. Door is locked, there’s someone in the back who saw me and shut the back door. Hours posted are Monday through Friday 9-6pm. I will never come here again and won’t recommend it to anyone.

This place was great! They had many many product options they give you. They have big, convenient wash stalls. It was more expensive than merrymoor park for the same service, a lot more expensive, 10 vs 25 dollars. The one difference was time limit, merrymoor has a time limit they do not, that said I've never needed more than 10 minutes. I'll go back because of convenience and love to support local biz. Nice to have them in town.

Decided to come in and ask a few questions without my dog and the lady started profiling and talking to me as if I was there to rob the place. Just go to Tractor supply, much cheaper and less of a sweat shop feel

The quality of workmanship is worth 5 stars but the pricing is worth 1 star. I have a very large dog and the charge for a wash and tight trim was $225. What?

No one is wearing a mask per COVID protocols. Yuck.

I do not like giving poor ratings but I need to share this for any owners of English Bulldogs. Previously, this was my favorite place for washing, nails, and other services. The owner lived and all about bulldog care. However, today changed all that. No staff had masks on even though Gov’s orders are for all indoor facilities and all people. The sweet girl who tried to dremmel my dogs nails was not familiar with the biology or character of English Bulldogs. She tried her best. She was able to trim a few nails but the trauma to my dog, to her, and to me resulted in us terminating the service. Please train the staff and help them provide quality service. Please also follow COVID protocols for your and customer safety. I’m sad to say farewell but I need to support my pups needs and health.

Jessica cut my dog's nails better than I've seen anywhere. He has black nails with long quicls which make nail trims difficult but Jessica did a terrific job! Thank you!

I freaking love this place! The staff is always nice and accommodating! I have a rescue mastiff/lab that can be dog aggressive sometimes, so they always make sure he gets an early morning appointment and no contact with other dogs. Now my big boy can have a spa day without me worrying. Thank you guys so much!

The best place for your pets.

Have only been going here for about a year, but they have done a spectacular job every single time. When I walk in the door, my dogs are greeted by name and they always tell me I have the most well behaved Pugs. Glad they are finally open again.

My dog came back terrified and hid under my bed for about 2 days after his appointment, which is very bizarre behavior considering he’s been groomed several times before without this reaction... I also just noticed there are some small scratches all over his belly area.

This was Trinitys first time here, she came back, happy, nails trimmed, washed, fluffed and puffed, will absolutly go back..

Love the Pet Wash! The groomers have all been great, but Alex is our favorite!

This was our first visit and will definitely be back for sure. We used the self services and it was very clean and simple to use. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have everything you need to clean and dry your pet.
