Never boarded my dogs before but they clearly had a great time and I could call to check on them.

I love this place and my pet loves it too.

I have been beyond impressed with our experience at Paradise Pet Lodge. The reservation process is easy, the staff communication is quick, and the facility is pristine. They will happily give you a tour and show you the entire place. I was beyond impressed where my pups were staying. The price and value cannot be beat in the area. Thank you for always taking care of our pups and for providing excellent service.

They are super professional and you can tell they love animals. They are our new go to for lodging and grooming now.

I took my 130lb dog there and he had a spa day. They took excellent care of him and he came back smelling amazing.

We have boarded our two dogs and used their grooming services at Paradise Pet Lodge. Let me tell you about our dogs. We have a 90 pound lab/husky that suffers from separation anxiety and a 12 pound rat terrier mix that has territorial issues. Paradise handled our pet's problems with utmost care. Their attention to their special needs was much appreciated as I am always worrying about them when away. Previously, we have only ever boarded them at our vet because that is a more familiar placev to them. We were never sure what kind of care they received. I really wish we tried Paradise sooner. The ability to customize the care our dogs receive is amazing. Our dogs seemed much more happier even though it was an unfamiliar place when we picked them up We even received a report card and to our surprise they did quite well. The grooming services are exceptional. So good in fact that we have have made the drive from Edmonds to Woodinville for repeat service. Remember our dog is half husky and all her life she has shed year long. I have struggled to brush her myself and keep her mat free. After grooming, we get at least a month of no shedding. They take the time to really take care of her. She has never been so beautiful. We plan on being on a scheduled service. They are not the cheapest boarding place that you will find, but personally I am willing to pay a bit more for the piece of my that my puppy family members are well taken care of. We can tell that the people there really love animals. I'm so happy with their services and the way they treat our special need dogs. Highly recommend!

great service and a happy pup after a week-long stay

They took great care of our elderly but still high-energy heeler while we were away. When we went to pick him up after ten days, he was in high spirits and good health. For a little extra they’ll send you a daily photo of your dog during play/exercise time.

Great. Everybody loved my pit bull who spent 3 weeks there. Giving him daily walks & play time.

It was a long was to drive, but very worth it. My dogs seemed calm and happy when we picked them up, which I think reflects they were well cared for. Staff was accommodating and friendly. We will definitely board our dogs there again.

This was such a positive dog boarding experience! I was able to visit ahead if time to have a walk through and see what the kennel was like. I was impressed with the staff and their attention to the dogs that I saw staying there. My check in and check out were so easy and I received a report on how my dog faired during her stay. I would recommend them and will be boarding with them again.

They seemed very professional & came highly recommended by friends who use this place. I like that it is very well marked & easy to find.

We have used Paradise Pet Lodge for 10 years. In my trip planning phase, they always get checked with first to ensure dates are available and if not I will readjust my vacation. My furkid usually has more of a vacation than I do to be honestly. They also know how hard it is to leave him and do a great job providing me comfort while I am away, which let's me relax and enjoy my Vacation more. Thank you to the whole team of Paradise Pet Lodge for loving Lihue.

Can’t speak highly enough about the staff at Paradise Pet Lodge and Spa. They take excellent care of our dogs and the massage therapist, Ashley, is wonderful with our one dog that is challenged. Regular therapeutic swims and massage and have been tremendous for our pup - and Ashley is so considerate and caring. Thank you for all you do!!

This place is always booked no way you can get an appointment Looks like they keep it for their friends and family as my friend told me she easily got an appointment as they know each other from long time also the price she told me was totally different that what they told me on the phone Really not sure what is going on here

We currently only use the spa. Echo had bilateral knee surgery and as a bigger golden she needed a therapist that could work with her to get her back to before the knee surgery status. Ashley is AMAZING!! She is like our family. She has taught all of us so much about water therapy and massage. She was the best thing we did for Echo during her year of recovery. She is exactly one year out from knee surgery. She has never had a lame step and I completely believe it is due to the incredible care Ashley has given Echo. It is the highlight of her week to go see Ashley!!

Our dogs love it there. If they could have been a little faster on the check in it would have been 5 stars.

The only place I will take my animals for boarding. It is a fabulous place! The rooms/suites are so fun and cozy. My 2 cats came home happy after a 10 day stay. In the past they came home from other places stressed and upset for several days.

Can't say enough about Paradise Pet Lodge. I have taken my Golden Retriever there for the past four years. The staff is caring, gentle, patient and very knowledgeable of all aspects of grooming. The best nail trim and pedicure ever. The quality of care is excellent and at a great price.

Bit pricy but a great facility. Dog seemed happy when we picked him up but he gave me the silent treatment. Still trying to get the full bit of info about how his stay was.

The lodge is a nice place, and it appears that they take good care of my pets.

The staff is super nice and fairly quick to respond to emails. My dog who is not very fond of strangers absolutely loves the staff, they Interact well with her. If your dog has people problems this is a great place for them. They also have a large variety of activities for your dog to do during their stay

Most caring place to leave your baby. Karl the black toy poodle has been here over 20 times in his 8 years.

Very grateful to the wonderful staff that took such wonderful care of our dog and cat. Receiving my kitty’s report card at the end of his stay was such a treat! It felt like they (at the cattery) really got to know my cat and treated him like royalty. You all are wonderful, thank you for your hard work!

They are the best kennel we've ever used!

Its our dog's second home, she loves it there and they all lover her too. They are the best at Paradise.

Our hound Gus has been staying here since he was a puppy and loves it. Our new puppy just had her first visit and seems to agree. Full-service, First-Class animal lovers that will take great care of your furry companions when you need them. (And you get report cards)

These people are very good to my pup. I take him to the grooming salon.
