This place is a gem! The owner and her daughter are amazing!! They take such great care of my dogs when they are there. They are dog lovers!!????????‍????

I am so happy we found this groomer. They always make both my pups look adorable. They are WONDERFUL with my senior dog! They take such gentle, sweet care of her.

I stopped in to see get a price for a bath and when I told her my dog was a pit bull mix, she said they don't accept that breed. She was polite about it and they should have the right to refuse service for whatever they choose, just like my wife and I have the right to to be offended by the ignorance that still surrounds this breed. Even if I had a dog good enough to go there, knowing their policy, I wouldn't anyway.

I looked and looked everywhere for an affordable, but quality groomer in the mill creek area. These guys are indeed the best for the price point. The owner loves my pup like her own and she’s very particular about who she hires. All the ladies are so kind and you can tell they love the dogs. Rarely my pup will come home with uneven cuts (around the feet and the face if it does happen) but she’s a Cockapoo and her face is incredibly difficult to do. And for the price, I don’t mind. I’d rather save money and have a couple uneven spots than go spend over $100 for a cut that may or may not have the same imperfections. The only thing to be aware of is they get booked Fast!! They are usually booked out 6-8 weeks out so plan ahead. I just make sure I schedule her next apt every time I go and it’s no problem :) that tells you something though... they are booked out for a reason... people keep coming back!!

My husband stopped in here to see about how much it would be to get our dogs nails and hair done. Unfortunately when the groomer asked about the breed this business straight out said it is NOT excepting of ALL breeds. And does do except Bull breeds especially Pit Bulls. We have a rescue dog from Homeward pets that's very sweet but is a mix of German shepherd, American Pull Dog etc. To us our Dog is a member of our family and should not be discriminated against when he's done nothing wrong. Do not go to this groomer!

Just had the best experience at Puppy Love with my Australian Shepherd. We had been to a different groomer in the area about 9 months ago and it was traumatizing for my normally outgoing and fearless Aussie. It took a lot of google review searching to commit to a place I felt safe leaving my dog at, but I’m so happy that I chose Puppy Love for his first experience back at a groomer. They were so friendly and clearly dog loving people. It was quick service and my dog was very happy hanging out with the ladies when I arrived to pick him up. I’ll be back for sure!

Friendly, good to pets, do a good job grooming, punctual, pets aren't kept in cages. Other than bathing pets are out front so you can see the groomers work.

They are the only ones I will take my animals to for grooming.

This was our first time to Puppy Love grooming, and we couldn't be more pleased. Our 10 year old Springer Spaniel has been through many groomers, and disasters from them all. We are not high maintenance, but we expect a certain level of basic care. All of our expectations were met with flying colors: he got the haircut we asked for, he was done in a reasonable amount of time, they called us when he was done, and it was affordable. The groomers were also very nice to us and seemed to genuinely like dogs. We will definitely return and recommend to all of our friends!

Overjoyed with Puppy Love. Service is great. Cici does not like the groomer and will typically halt on leash about a block before we get there, however she's always so pretty coming out, they do everything, and they do it well. We're on a 7 week cadence and we see the same dogs there with each visit, it's like a little dog club. We recommend this place to everyone.

We've been taking our dogs (Yorkie and a Maltese) for over a year now. We never had any flea issues and I love that dogs are not in a kennel. Thank you for all you do!!

We are extremely happy with Puppy Love! We have a nervous rescue dog who had previously been traumatized at other groomers. Puppy Love gives him plenty of care and the soft touch he needs.

My dog has fleas now after the grooming? Didn't have them all year, the location must be a breeding area for flea's. And I think they stole my leash. My friend brought my dog and his in, what a joke, they both have fleas now!

I've been bringing my 2 dogs here for years and have never had a problem. They always do an excellent job, my boys always look great and they're happy being able to play with the other dogs there. The staff is very diligent about preventing fleas and the spread of them, and if they notice a dog has fleas, they go into a kennel separate from the others. Fleas can also be caught outside. If anyone has ever gotten fleas from this place be assured that it's purely a fluke and not a common occurrence. The previous poster must not have his dog(s) groomed much.
