Dr Boyd is an awesome Veterinarian! The whole staff is more than wonderful! Highly recommend!

We love Hollywood hill! In November 2020 Dr Boyd helped us compassionately put our cat down and we have since adopted a new cat and have taken him twice . They are positive and helpful and truly care about our cat. They take time to answer all of our questions, and only offer the necessary services without pushing . Vet tech Chloe is amazing ( our cat loved her !) and Dr Hoffman was Great at answering our questions and handling our cat. Service was efficient but we were given plenty of time to talk to the techs and vet about all of our concerns . Thank you so much for caring for our cat as much as we do

Dr. Keegan Boyd and the rest of the staff at Hollywood Hills do an exceptional job on taking the time to listen, give suggestions, and care for our puppy Kaito. They go above and beyond to reach out and ensure our pup is doing okay after appointments and are genuinely kind people. We highly recommend Dr. Boyd and have continued to share our experience with friends and family, encouraging them to also come see the wonderful staff at Hollywood Hills!

BAD PLACE for URGENT CARE but ok for routine check-ups. My beloved pet was having multiple mini-seizures and approaching the end of her life. After being with this vet for 3.5 years, they simply said we're really busy and can't see you now but unsympatheticly offered an open appointment the following week.

Quick email responses, great communication, very friendly and professional staff. I felt confident bringing my puppy here for the first time when he was ill and I look forward to being a client for years to come!

This is the only place I trust with my dog care and am so grateful for them saving my dogs life. They caught a serious condition in my dog which allowed us to get him the emergency treatment he needed to save his life. The staff goes above and beyond and the vets take the time to explain throughly what is going on with my dog and answer all my questions (I have a lot of them). With my dog’s condition we have to go to Hollywood Hills often and I am so appreciative of the level of care we receive every time we are there.

This clinic was really a pleasure! The experience was nice, the staff was super friendly, and my cat seemed to warm up to them real fast. It wasn't long at all for my appointment and neither was the follow up for the results, recommendations, and medication. I hope to make this vet my primary vet contact for care and treatments for my cat. And I hope my cat stays happy and healthy with the help of these folks. (Don't mind the harness, I dont have a kennel or a proper harness yet and she seems to like that one anyway so ????)

We have a 16 year old Golden Chow. Hollywood Hill Animal Hospital is kind and loving toward our dog as if he were their own. We are so grateful that they are only a phone call away for the VERY BEST CARE!!

I've been a customer for nearly 1.5 years. And usually show up on time for appointments - rarely have I ever been seen exactly when the appointment is scheduled, there's an understanding that it's a give and take relationship... on 8/6 I had an appointment at 2PM, I'm running late, so I call around 1:40PM to inform them I'm going to be late by 15-20 min... out of courtesy... I'm told by the receptionist "no problem"... I hurry and in my hurry get a speeding ticket ($190)... despite that I get there at 2:20PM only to be told I won't be seen by another receptionist... it's a 35-40 min. drive one-way for me... moral of the story, there are much better clinics, there's no reason to perpetuate a transactional relationship out of a misplaced sense of loyalty - this clinic is nothing special, if anything I'd argue that it's borderline sub-par. There are much better vet clinics out there, don't bother with this one... because they won't bother with you!

We had the most horrible experience with this clinic and would not recommend! They were unprofessional and reliable during our whole time with them. 1. We were running a few minutes late, called them to advise about the situation and they said it was fine. Once we got there, they turned us back without seeing our dog (this is after a 40 minutes car ride). 2. They operated our poor dog multiple times because they couldn't find/resolve the issue! And when they finally did, the way the stitched back our dog left him with the biggest scar on the stomach.

I've taken my pup multiple times and they've always been relatively accommodating. Good treatment and well maintained areas. Recently they've been allowing a person along inside with the patient which is nice.

Recently switched from another vet, and we find the service and care commendable.

This is not your big box pet store, the people here care. They've gone beyond expectations to help with our aging cat's issues. Cannot speak highly enough about Hollywood Hill.

I am so happy I found this place! After realizing that my pom was way overdue for his yearly shots, I called my regular vet and they were booked out for 3 weeks! I decided I couldn’t wait that long and decided to call these guys based off the awesome reviews. I’m so happy I did because they were able to get my pup in that very same day. The staff I interacted with was so polite, and our vet was also super nice! Since it was only a couple shots and a routine visit, they got me in and out in a short amount of time, but not so short that I felt like they were pushing me out of the door. I think after this, we are going to make Hollywood Hills our new spot for all of our pets needs.

First time visiting this clinic. We had some concerns with a new kitten we got so I searched around and came across this clinic they were able to get us in within a couple hours. Everyone was so kind & caring. This will be our new vet from now on!❤????❤

I have been a client of this vet clinic since 2003. They have seen us through the aging and passing of our last three cats. Now we are starting over with two young cats. Dr. Brown and Dr. Keegan are excellent as are the rest of the clinic staff. They are always helpful and compassionate.

Located in quirky/quaint farmhouse convenient to downtown Woodinville, this clinic is defined by it's stellar staff. My dog (blue heeler) is enthusiastic to visit since the staff are so dog-focussed with warm love and attention in all thier interactions. Service rates are quite reasonable, too!

Great place to take your pets! Much better than Alpine animal hospital in Issaquah. Hollywood Hill gets you in promptly and makes sure you understand what's going on with your pet and their proposed treatment plan. The vets are personable and knowledgeable.

Hollywood Hills vet has been wonderful for us. We started going there with our puppy this summer and were impressed. We took our elderly 14 year old dog in with breathing issues. He unfortunately was in such s bad condition that he had to be put down. The caring, wonderful staff treated our family and our beloved dog with so much empathy.
