First time visiting this store. Great selection of everything! Nice girls working and very helpful! Left donation for PAWS kitties and very appreciative!

Five and a half years their customer service was poor. However this year in 2021, the new employees are very friendly and helpful. They carry most of what my cats demand and that's what counts, right?

They're always super friendly here and happy to help. They have local treats and we always get little speciality made biscuits and cupcakes for the pups for special occasions.

Everyone that works here is so helpful and friendly! It is a little marked up, but you definitely get what you pay for

Is a lovely store with many selections of food and treats and accessories, mainly for dogs and cats. Prices are reasonable for a lot of the alternative foods you won't find at petsmart or petco, and the staff is kind and helpful

Love the location. My only complaint would be the workers seem snooty and rude. They talked to me like I was dumb. I’ve only been in twice and it happened both times, with two different workers. Even my daughter noticed how rude they were and said something to me when we left.

Brought in my pup for a nail trim. The staff was super friendly! Our pup absolutely hates having her nails done (super shaken and anxious) but the lady was patient and super nice

Mason and Nature's pet Market in West Linn is where I take my pets! Mason, and Ashley the groomer truly care about the animals and the owners that come into the store. He stays competitive with all other retail stores and 9 out of 10 times Mason beats the prices. He knows what he is talking about. He and Ashley know the people and the pets that come into the store by first name. They know many people think of their pets not just as pets but members of their family (like children) They do great grooming and custom service. We always go here first. and more often than not if Mason doesn't care it then we won't buy it. As ALL his PRODUCTS are MADE IN THE USA which is important for our family. Ashley the groomer can always get my dogs in; if not that day then the following. The dogs love going to Mason and seeing Mason and Ashley. One of the many things I love is that Ashley allows my two dogs to stay out of the cage and allows them to be on the floor for part of the time to make them feel more comfortable and less stressful for them. My girls are Ratchi (Chihuahua/ rat terrier Mixes). Ashley always makes sure to tell me if she notices something different or suspicious on the girls while she's grooming them or letting them roam around the grooming room. which is also very nice and helpful. As I said before Mason, Ashley and Nature's pet market in West Linn is our number 1 choice for our girls as they treat each animal and owner like family.
