Drove from Seattle to Wenatchee Humane Society to adopt a new puppy and ended up at Firehouse because they had a coupon for new adoptions. The staff there were super friendly and very helpful, and spent an hour guiding us new dog owners through food, toys, treats, etc. For knowing we lived far away and they weren't going to get any repeat business from us, they were enthusiastic to help us with attentive, thorough, and out and out incredible customer service. If we're ever in town, we'll definitely stop by.

Love this little pet store in my community! As soon as I walk into the store I was welcomed with open arms! Staff are very friendly and eager to help. I had one gentleman today do something he didn’t have to necessarily have to do and went above and beyond. When checking out I was getting a bag of puppy food and I forgot to check the expiration date. Hunter checked it for me and went back on the floor and exchanged it for another one! Definitely will be making my runs here a lot more often, and thank you Hunter for your eagerness to help me!

The cutest pet shop with the nicest people. My dog and I were greeted by every single employee. In addition to that he received treats from each staff member. The pet memorial section was a nice sentimental touch. My only wish was that they had some Mariners pet gear since they have bark at the park. Overall an experiential and enjoyable shopping section. Even if you’re just passing through town I’d recommend stopping—something for everyone.

First and foremost, this is a safe place for LGBTQ people to shop, and that alone makes it remarkable - especially for Wenatchee. Even though they took the pride flag down after June, I've never felt singled out or judged while shopping there, and they still have Queer-friendly merch like dog bandanas that say "I have 2 mommies". For that alone, I will support this place every chance I can. The selection is phenomenal, they have a huge range of high quality foods, products, and accessories. The self wash is easy to use and even though my dog hates the dryer, it's way easier bathing him there than in my tub! The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable, and often the owners are on site and happy to help out.

I LOVE this pet store, and the employees are so friendly, they genuinely care about their human and pet customers. If you live locally (and own a dog or cat) and have never been here, what are you waiting for?! I promise, your fur babies will be happy you stopped by.

I love this store! They have everything you could think of for dogs! I make the trip here from Chelan for everything my dogs need. They have all the specialty dog foods, fun summer treats like dog ice cream, tons of options for dog harnesses, leashes, clothes, shoes, toys... The list goes on! I haven't used the grooming services downstairs but definitely plan to!

I was given free snacks for my 20 year old car who has been struggling eating...she loved them..bought her some and her appetite and energy level have increased...

Our 5 yr old mixed breed dog loves the toys we have purchased there. And I've never seen such a choice of dog food of such high quality in one place. The staff is great and were able to help guide us when we were looking for food for an 18 year old German Shorthair/Chocolate Lab dog who decided she wanted something different to eat.

Great local pet shop. They have so many quality options for pet supplies, food, treats, and toys to fit every budget. They have the cutest snack station and cat room where you can visit and adopt kittens!

Came in here to just get a couple cat toys for our new kitty we adopted. The staff here let us know we would get a welcome home package for the kitty for free. Every single person who helped us in here was very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to give you the correct information. Everyone here really does want to help you and your animals. First time here and would have to say some of the best customer service I have experienced in a good minute. This is a our new stop for our cat needs, there is a reason this place is liked by so many.

The friendly staff went above and beyond to pull a dog jacket out of storage for us, as it was not currently in season for display purposes but we were out camping at elevation and our dog got cold.

A year ago we went and I gave this place 4 stars. Today I am taking 3 of them back. Not even going to discuss it. Edit: I left my review because 5 months ago they didn't accommodate for us in any way. Now, your your employees are shouting "Gross white male!" at white, male customers. I think I will continue to shop elsewhere. Discrimination in any form is not ok.

Fun pet shop for dogs and cats although small enough that they don't have a large selection on things. They are a local Wenatchee business so we do try to support them before going to the chain stores or shopping online. We do like the added bonus of the small complimentary bag of popcorn they hand out.
