Going through such a painful time with the loss of a beloved pet, Columbia helped comfort me with their kind, gentle service. I was reluctant to open the cardboard box. When I did, inside was a lovely velvet pouch. That added to my experience with them. It was the best service, in loss of a pet, I have experienced.

Services provided at a difficult time. Caring staff will bring cremation box to your car. Appointments and masks required when entering building.

Mark was very sincere both times I have had to use this service.

I have been in a fog since my Boston Lucky died in my arms! I held my boy in my arms all night till I could get in touch with someone! That someone was Mark! I am not very good at writing words! I just want every one to know how absolutely wonderful this man was! I called him at 9:00am and he was here by 9:30! He hugged me sincerely told me how sorry he was! He picked Lucky up like he was his own dog! That alone made me love Mark for the rest of my life! I know this is long and half of you won't read it! We have been a close personal friends of Mark & Kathy for quite a few years. We have gotten quite used to Mark quietly stepping away to take a business call or interrupting his evening to meet the needs of a mourning pet owner. When my pup died it was my turn to call. I received the highest level of compassion and empathy as well as a great big bear hug. You might not be his friend yet but I am positive you will be treated like one when you call him.

What an incredible service to have here in Wenatchee. Mark was extremely kind to me after the passing of our family dog, she was young and the death was sudden; was a very hard time for us. He completed my special requests and it meant SO much to us. Thank you! Also quite inexpensive for the service, which is a plus when it comes to these things :)

This last year has been a tough one, with multiple visits to Columbia Pet Service to cremate three separate elderly cats that had to be euthanized for various health issues. Mark has treated me with such compassion and has helped me feel better during some of the hardest moments of my life. Columbia Pet Service has taken wonderful care of me and my pets, and I appreciate them very much.

Mark was amazing with our family cat KC. It was so difficult to put her down but Mark made the process smoother. The day after she passed I called him and her went right out to the Veterinary office and picked her up. He took good care of everything so we could mourn.
