They are great with our dog who is still learning to speak dog! She comes home happy and tired! Highly recommend?

I would recommend loving paws over traditional crate pet boarding. My cats were able to have their own room instead of being stuffed in a cage. We were dealing with a lot of car issues that severely affected our pickup and drop off time and they were very understanding & accommodating about the whole situation and we’re very easy to contact. They even sent us pictures of our cats with some kittens (with our permission for them to meet). Very thankful for the friendly animal loving women at loving paws! Especially the employee we were dealing with.

If I could give 0 stars I would !!!!! Catherine the owner is unprofessional & rude as can be, after 2 days of poor communication & rudeness she just canceled my father n laws dog stay after we had paid & scheduled 2 different times to drop off his dog! My father n law was taken to the hospital while we’re out of town & unable to do anything in person. They have doubled their prices since July & would only take the dog for part of the time at an inflated rate, double what we paid in July. We were told on Thursday to drop off after 5pm on a Friday. We asked a friend in town to please take the dog after 5pm as we were out of town & my father n law is in the hospital. Friday evening my husband received a rude phone call from Catherine saying we were late & couldn’t drop the dog off that evening claiming the dog had to be dropped off right at 5pm to which she had not communicated, she had said after 5. We now would have to drop the dog off Saturday after 9am. I listened to my husband ask her specifically after 9am it’s didn’t have to be right at 9am correct ? She said yes after 9am. Catherine then immediately emailed me with an invoice saying past due with a late fee charge on it . She said they wouldn’t take the dog without prepayment so we immediately paid to ensure she would take the dog the following day as she refused to take him Friday . My husband then emailed her to tell her the person we had dropping the dog off would arrive around 11am & he also text Catherine to tell her with the same information. The following morning they called at 9:15am asking where the dog is to which my husband told her we emailed & text letting you know the dog would be dropped off around 11am. Catherine had not let her know & called her in on her day off to receive the dog. Our friend who was taking the dog wasn’t there at 11 so 11:30 Catherine sent a text message ( unprofessional for a business owner) saying shes refunding our money & won’t take the dog!!!! So rude & unprofessional, very poor & unclear communication with her staff & customers !

I consistently board my cats here and love the care! I am always receiving quality images, and all changes with Ceil and Donny are quickly communicated to me. I love getting to see them interact, and knowing they are in a loving home.

I just boarded my husky/shepherd cross with them over the weekend. They took him in as one of the pack, and he had lots of friends to keep him busy all weekend. They sent me an update with some pictures to let me know he was OK, pick up and drop off took less than five minutes each time, they were pleasant and answered every question. They would like to have him back, and if I’m ever in the area again I wouldn’t hesitate to leave my buddy there. Thanks so much!

I've tried out a few different puppy sitters and I now will turn to Loving Paws EVERY time. They are quick to respond, kind to people and pups, but also flexible and feels like a friend/neighbor dog sitting. They have a big open area for my Sheepadoodle to run and run and run but also have comfy places to curl up when it's nap time. I've gotten good quality pictures and updates each day he's there that will sooth every the more nervous doggy mommy. Don't hesitate to book with these folks. :)

We love these gals. They were able to watch our dog despite short notice. The website to provide the information for the dog was very thorough so drop off was very quick and efficient. Pictures were sent frequently and our dog looked like she had a great time. They are a loving bunch and we would definitely use them again when in the area.

Booked boarding appointment... Then was canceled on. First rep didn't specify the uptight amount of paperwork requires to board a pet. Then second rep canceled on me and make a big deal about having to put cats back in carriers. Seems like a half hearted business ... Then should be more upfront and unaffected by handing animals.

We had an amazing experience with Loving Paws! They watched our blind 10 year old dog and energetic 4 year old Shepherd. We received daily updates which put my mind at ease knowing they were having fun and being well cared for. Will definitely be back again.

We are picky about boarding places as we want our dogs to have the best experience they can when we are away and Loving Paws did not disappoint! We LOVED getting daily pictures of our dogs during their stay and that made us feel so at ease to see them enjoying their time there. We couldn’t have asked for anyone better! We will definitely use their service in the future!

Catherine and her daughters are fantastic sitters! They have a great fenced yard and a sweet pup of their own, they send multiple photo updates through the day, and are very flexible with scheduling. My dog almost didn't want to leave he was having so much fun :)
