My dogs love it here! Always returned to me happy and well cared for.

Everything was very clean and professional. My dogs were checked in and whisked away in a matter of minutes. When I picked up my dogs they were taken out to go to the bathroom while I settled the bill and we were out of there in a matter of minutes.

What a nice place to bring your furry family member. Everyone was so nice and gave our dog a nice stay during our visit to Wenatchee. It's a convenient location and the rates are great. We highly recommend!!

Bon Voyage has always provided a great home for our dog when needed. Check in and check out processes are easy, and our dog enjoys going.

I don’t know how they did it, but my dog came back happier and her coat looking healthier than when I dropped her off. She can be a timid dog and they handled her with care. Bon Voyage treated my girl with love and attention and I know she was in good hands while we were away for the week! I will be boarding here again soon.

I have never boarded my 3 dogs before and my experience was great! i have 3 pit bulls, 1 female 7yrs old 1 male 7years old and 1 male puppy 10 months old. I left for 2 nights and the three were able to stay together in one run. The cost was very affordable and my dogs were happy and NOT stinky and NOT horse from barking the whole time. I felt comfortable leaving my big wild pooches and I will use them again for sure and i will tell my friends! thank you guys for a great job!

We always feel confident taking Hershey, our 12 year old chocolate lab to Bon Voyage Pet Resort. And "Resort" explaines the environment. Hershey always gets excited when we drive up to Bon Voyage. Hershey has special needs at his age and they are super accommodating to his needs as a senior dog. This summer Hershey stayed a few days. It was very hot outside and we were concerned. Bon Voyage had lots of wading pools set up for the dogs to cool off and enjoy, and a large grassy fenced in field to run and play. If you are looking for a clean, friendly, reliable, reasonably priced, safe place for your pet to stay, try Bon Voyage. You and your pet will be glad you did!!!

Been using this resource for a few years, now. The staff are responsible and proactive in greeting my dog by name when we arrive, and she is always happy to follow them into the back with hardly a backward glance. She has stayed for as long as a week at a time without any negative results and was just as happy to go back for a quick overnight shortly after that. Scheduling is usually quick and calls are usually returned promptly. The only reasons for 4 rather than 5 stars are because there is no on-line scheduling option (although email is quickly responded to), and because I would prefer my dog had more free play time with other dogs, especially during long boarding gigs. Otherwise, very happy with the service, personable staff, and reliability. Just be sure to reserve several weeks in advance, especially for busy times like holidays and summer weekends.

I am so grateful for Bon Voyage. They took such great care of my puppies and I was able to enjoy a trip to visit family without having to worry at all about my sweet fur babies! Thank you!

Staff is very courteous and helpful, and they are good with our pets. They even play ball with our toy poodle.

The employee's are always very polite when you arrive and pickup your pet. They asked questions and confirm any needs you have for your pet. When you need to make or change your reservation, they are quick to reply and are very helpful.

They really take very good care the animals, that are left in they're care. Our Maagie just bolts for the front door after getting out of the car. I recommend them to everyone. Thank again Frank & Maggie

As new residents of Wenatchee, we found dog kennel possibilities rather limited. Thank goodness for Bon Voyage. Domino loves his day care and boarding stays. The friendly staff always welcomes him by name. The only recommendation is the hope to add staff to allow group play. Domino would love that...and so would his dads!

Staff are friendly and have come to know Molly after just a few stays. I know that she is safe and she come home tired which is what I would expect from a daycare visit.

Our dogs are always happy here ????.

Bon Voyage was very welcoming to me and my first-time boarded cats. We were gone for 16 days and the cats appeared comfortable and calm when we picked them up and they settled right back into home life when we brought them home. Apparently I had been more stressed than the cats were about our time apart :). My cats’ behavior when I picked them up indicated to me that their boarding experience was good and didn’t traumatize them. The staff members who checked us in and out were very friendly and professional. I called once for an update and was assured my cats were doing well. One suggestion I have would be to proactively reach out intermittently to pet parents of boarded pets to give an update and reassurance of how their pet is doing (if desired by the pet parent). Perhaps text or email a pic of the pet being happy or playing or snuggling with a staff member. All in all, an excellent experience for us; we will definitely board at Bon Voyage again!

My Little Bit Loves to stay there

One of many extremely upright animal boarding houses. If you don't carry papers on every procedure and inoculation, like a show pet, they won't accept your business. Some people don't beleive in injecting endless vaccines into healthy creatures! What's with this sterilized insanity culture?! Pass!

My dog Grizzly had a great time before I even got home he was sound asleep.

I took my shy border collie to Bon Voyage several days for day care while I went skiing.I was worried that she wouldn't do well since she has adapted to having me around all the time during the pamdemic. They were patient and gentle with her, and she did very well especially after she got used to the routine.

Best place in the area. Was able to board last minute and they had room for exotic animals too.

The staff is friendly and they don't mind my very energetic dog. The prices are pretty reasonable. My dog seems to enjoy the vacation.
