We were at our previous vet for over 30 years, things changed and we had to move on. We found Countryside and I wish we would have made the change years ago. The kindness, genuine sincerity and respect is truly First Class! When it came time that we had to say goodbye to our beloved dog, they treated the situation with such love. Dr. Misty LeMoine showed such genuine compassion and kindness, it made a horrible situation a little more bearable. Then a week later we received the sweetest condolence card with a paw print of our dogger that passed. This act of concern and kindness only cemented our love for this Veterinary Clinic. Our animals are part of the family, they far surpass just being a pet. Countryside acknowledges that in everything they do & in the way you and your furry family member is treated. They are the only place I would recommend.

We see Dr. Katy Schneider and we LOVE her! We originally left this clinic when our 1st vet moved practices and tried different clinics in the upper Valley closer to home and just was not happy with our experience. Dr. Schneider has worked with us in our fight with allergies and I am glad she is in our corner!Highly recommend Countryside.Staff is friendly and quick. The waiting room is well spaced and clean. 10 out of 10 all the way!!

I was in need of an emergency of a vet in avian specialist. They told me I had to make an appointment. I saw that they have an emergency number but when I called they told me that they couldn't see my conure. I guess they have an emergency number on their website for no Reason?? Oh no I think they are on rotation and since its not their turn for emergency calls it's not their problem. The receptionist was rude and not at all helpful, seemed like she was just trying to get rid of me. I see that someone responds to bad reviews and I just hope they can start treating pets with the same energy that they reply with.Today I sadly mourn the death of my buddy.????

After taking our cats and other dog to this vet we will not go back nor ever recommend it. We got a puppy (mind you pure bread with vaccine records we had left at home and akc registered) they could not get him in for a month and a half for puppy shots then on the day of his appointment we had an emergency come up and could not make the appointment called explained and they said again the soonest was another month. Given we have always gone there we wanted to be seen there so scheduled the appointment. He got a large bump on his front leg during the time of waiting for the second shot, we called every vet because they could not get us in and Cascade was able to. They were beyond nice and helpful. Said it was a hygroma that is common with large breed dogs like himself. We paid for the urgent visit, his anti inflammatories and a brace. Fast forwarded to his appointment this week where my husband took him in to see Dr Schneider. My husband called me at work while there because he was being questioned on the vaccines that needed to be update what the large lump was and being treated as if we were not taking care of him. I wish I could have recorded the conversation because not only was she rude, questioning everything while I was giving answers, but she showed a clear lack of customer service, genuine care, and any empathy to the fact we waited to get him in to their vet that is always short on appointments. She acted like we never took him to cascade, he’s never had any vaccines, was quick to jump down our throats that he could die, and how we were so far in the wrong. He has not gone to a park or anywhere because we are not stupid we know the importance of vaccines. I could not and still cannot believe the poor treatment at this facility. I told my husband to bring our pup home and I would call Cascade first thing in the morning, sure enough they got us an appointment within 6 days and couldn’t believe all we dealt with at Countryside. From talking with friends and coworkers about this we have not been the only ones to deal with their lack of care for pets and eagerness to make money. Do not bring your animals here, they can’t help in an emergency, and can’t even seem to do regular visits right.

I used to love and respect this place. So much that I argued they were the best when I was adopting my puppy, but the place wouldn’t adopt unless I agreed to take her elsewhere and was warned against my five other animals. I brushed it off, but I took my puppy to the other place like agreed on. That’s when the issues started. I had one dog have a medical emergency back in September and Countryside said they were full and not taking any exceptions. I took her to another Vet and she was fine after three injections. I forgave them still. A few week ago, another dog had an emergency and was literally bleeding all over my bathroom (as I’m crying) and they tell me they are booked and have no appts available. This time I can’t forgive them because my dog would have died had I not gotten her to another vet immediately. I will never call them again and am going to transfer all my animals over to a vet that actually cares.

Quality of service is amazing. The doctors go above and beyond to help their patients. You can tell all of the staff truly love animals. Wouldn’t take our dogs anywhere else!

We got terrible news from countryside vet that our dog was sick with stage 4 kidney disease. We scrambled for any kind of treatment options available for our dog. The vet argued us, telling us dialysis for dogs was not a real thing, even though we had been on the phone with several dialysis technicians earlier that day. They also seemed very bothered whenever we called with questions for the vet. Ourr dog had also been suffering from neurological episodes for a few months, but whenever we took him into countryside, they just said "he didn't do that while he was here so we don't know what to tell you". We ended up taking our dog to cascade vet for a second opinion and ultimately to put him down when it was time. Upon examining Sparky, the doctor at Cascade noticed the neurological episodes that we had been telling countryside about for months. I can't help but kick myself for not seeking a second opinion sooner, maybe my dog would be alive today.

My friend took her dog here yesterday to get put down at the ripe old age of 14 (a large lab). The dog was her late husband's and she was dreading the day, but she knew it was time. Instead of making it easy and following her wishes, they choose to tell her 'it's not time' and sell her some pain meds instead. Or, gave her the option of surrendering it to the Humane Society. She and I had a falling out about 11 years ago when I told her it was 'time' to put her horse down. If anything, she waits too long, as it's so hard for her. She fed the dog the paid meds last night and he's been throwing up ever since. You should be ashamed.

We love Countryside Veterinary Clinic and have been bringing ou fur babies here since we moved to Wenatchee a long, long time ago! Jerry and staff are one in a million - very kind, professional and knowledgeable, with a big heart for their patients. I have never questioned a diagnosis or doubted their ability to treat an ailment. Dr. LeMoine is our favorite and our pup's too. :) She truly is wonderful!! Thank You for all you do to keep our pets happy and healthy Countryside!!

Everyone at Countryside is friendly, professional, and genuinely cares for animals! I have been taking multiple pets here for the past 20 years and can’t imagine going anywhere else! Dr. LeMoine is amazing and my dogs love her so much!

All the doctor did was make me buy expensive food and the same anabiotic but I said he’s been on for a month and was not working and then when I called back the next day for help he told me to take him to a different clinic because he wasn’t open on the week and I didn’t have time to deal with it but he had no problem taking my money

Feels like they care about the money and not so much the pet! Not sure how that works it being a veterinary?

Made an appointment the night prior on your computer system (per covid regulations) for 8 AM October 28, 2020 after our dog was injured so badly she couldn't get up, eat/drink/move without crying. Made it to the vet on time for them to tell us that they were full and couldn't see her despite it being an emergency and already having a pre-confirmed appointment with them. Been seeing this vet for years, but we will absolutely not be coming back.

Dr. LeMoine was so great! She was gentle and patient with my nervous & fearful dog. My dog got through the whole exam wonderfully. Would take him to her again. Only thing is reception (or whoever does the scheduling) told me over the phone I was scheduled for 10:30 and when I arrived at 10:15ish I was told I was scheduled for 11:00 so I had to wait nearly an hour. I would suggest improving scheduling procedures.

Never had a problems with the vets. Many years of good medical service. The front desk was terrible today! She took three people ahead of me as I stood there. When I complained, she was condescending and extremely arrogant. No thanks. Plenty of other veterinarian offices in the area to spend my money on. And WHY did it take SEVEN HOURS to groom my Shiz Tzu? Never again!

We brought a puppy into our family in December and started seeing Dr Katy Schneider at CountrySide Vet Clinic. Our experience has been wonderful so far. Everything from scheduling to arriving and being checked in, taken to our room and the exam to checking out has been seamless! Very professional staff always time for questions and concerns. Our dog is always calm and relaxed while there. Thank you!

I took my sick puppy having seizures in to the vet and they kept her all day and then gave her a shot to help her from having more seizures and sent her home with us i called the vet back the next day and told her she was not getting any better and I was told as soon as the shot wore off she would be ok. Well guess what my puppy died the next evening. She was having seizure after seizure until she died. We have another puppy that I need to take in for teeth cleaning and I will make sure she is seen by our regular vet or not at all.

Dr. Harmeling is amazing and super thorough. He truly does care about his work and your pet. I've never had any issues with Countryside as a lot of the reviews have stated. I utilized the emergency service once at 2am and the doctor on call was great. There does seem to be a trend about service issues from the front desk and certain doctors. Sounds like it is time to clean up house a little and get the whole clinic on Harmeling's level!

OMG, where do I start? My vet was not available ,(Dr. Wilcox, she's great!) so they gave me a different vet. She wasn't knowledgeable at all, as to what was wrong with my dog. She, therefore, in my opinion, covered all bases, by giving me four prescriptions, totaling $450, without telling me in advance, and still never stated what was wrong with my dog. We just used the boarding service and my dog's blanket, and sleep cushion was saturated with urine, when we picked him up. He has NEVER peed in his bed at home. Obviously, he was not taken out to go, in a timely manner.

Always had friendly staff and doctors when I went in! Very knowledgeable! My only issue was each time I had a consistent doctor for a few appointments, I would get a new doctor because the other doctor would leave.
