Got in fast..they listened to my concerns about my pet..

My boyfriend's son's cat had an absest and we called and got in almost immediately. They were very kind and helpful.

They were really nice and friendly to my dog Isis Marie and myself. Can't wait to go back.

We are new to the state of Washington & my 11 year old dog was super nervous to go get his shots & blood drawn & so was I, but everyone from the scheduling, the reception, the nurse & Dr. Allphin we're all extraordinary, so grateful that I found this Vet in East Wenatchee! The doctor called me the next day to give me our furbabies results! Thank you! (Everyone wore masks ???? & were covid conscious)

They took excellent care of our dog and got him in when no other vet could.

To difficult to even get in. They only work till 4pm.

Best Veterinarian service ever!!! They went out of their way to accommodate when our fur baby broke her toes. Staff were friendly, caring and kept us well informed in this difficult COVID time.

This is a terrific office! The staff was courteous and the doctor did an amazing job of neutering our puppy. Every step of the way consisted of clear communication, fair pricing and excellent customer service! They are very caring, kind and compassionate. Truly the pride of their profession. If you’re looking for a vet, this is your place! My highest recommendation!

They are so busy and doing what they can to serve everyone as best they can. We experienced a delay and had to wait outside in the heat due to covid restrictions but the volume and care they are providing is quite impressive. We were there and gone without any problems and the prices were great. Just wish they had some kind of triage outside with someone stationed there during peak times to address customer concerns and possibly provide water to the pets waiting in the heat. The only way to talk to someone is to call and due to it being so busy you are on hold for what seems like forever.

Professional friendly, helpful. But the emergency vet took a long time to respond around 9pm

Kind caring and respectful to the animals they have taken care of our animals for years we go to this one and the one in Wenatchee by Lowe's and it's always been a great experience even when the times have been hard to bring the animals in they have taken good care of them

When we had to put down our puppy because of his age. They were loving and respectful knew he part of our family. It was professional but also very compassionate.

Excellent ???? animal clinic. Dr. DeMarco so great with the animals, very personable very on top of things. Cares very much that your pet gets very great care. Staff excellent. Been going there quite awhile. During the virus time they have an excellent program set up.

New to Wenatchee - and this will definitely be the vet for my 2 Huskies. Bit of a scare recently and I felt comfortable with the fact that instead of brushing it off (or jumping too far forward), Dr. DeMarco took time to talk with us and gather some additional data. Super impressed with how well my Elka did. She is a rescued (formerly abused) sled dog and tends to be a touch more nervous than my social butterfly, Arya. The staff was amazing with her! Definitely don't want to NEED a vet, but ...if we do, this is where we will be going.

The facility and staff were both superb. The vet was super nice and answered all of my many questions and completed the exam in a kind and timely manner

Dr. DeMarco is the best! He is so patient and calm with my critters and takes the time needed to assess what needs to be done to care for them. The only veterinarian I trust for my fur kids.

All the vet's at this clinic have been really good. Even my dog likes it there....and that's not usually the case. Great staff also!
