If you value your pet I would take them literally anywhere other than here.

I have had a dog for the past 16 years. They were great when he was a young puppy. But they slacked so dang bad when he was older. It was a week ago my dog got sick, we took him there they told me “give him the antibiotics he would get better in a week.” It’s been a week and he just got put down today. Do better. Lost a costumer. Hope no one ever goes through this.

On call vet would literally not see my dog because I was not already a client. Kinda sad a vet clinic that's supposed to want to help animals turned down one in an emergency.

I had Selah Vet for yrs and never thought I'd been able to find a vet as caring as they are. Cascade took us in as new clients at a time we needed to find a vet. They took care of our little Boo on her last day. Thank-you for the care and kindness you had given us that day.

Fantastic. From the front desk efficiency to the surgeon talking to us about the procedure and follow up. Seems like Cascade Vet has a good system of taking care of all the various needs of the animals and keeping their owners informed.

Today was one of the worst visit ever. Forgetting the oath you take in giving the best medical care for your patients. They might be pets. But, they have human parents that will speak for them. It would’ve been nice if we had received a little bit of sympathy and compassion. Instead of being just another number. Sorry, for being such a burden to your day. Thank you so much for the worst service ever!

My cat was attacked at night so I brought her in to make sure she was okay because she was limping. They told me she needed stitches. The next day she ripped them out... she didn't even have a cut or gash. They sedated her and gave her stitches and charged me $700 for nothing ???? never going back again

They did an awesome job helping my pet, BUT we're not up front about how much it would cost. I was asked to pay $1,098.00 when I dropped off my pet. I was told that it may cost a little more or a little less than that, and they'd let me know when I picked up my pet. After two days had passed. I was told that the bill was nearing the $2,000.00 range. This was on top of what I'd already paid. The pet was there for one week. The vet wanted to keep my pet longer. Ultimately I had to pull my pet from treatment. The final bill was 2,984.00. The total bill was over $4,000.00. Big difference huh? I wouldn't have minded if they had been honest with the cost from day one.

Our kitty became sick, and we live in Oroville. We drove 150 miles one way because they were the only vet open on Saturday that could get us in. They were incredibly friendly and caring, professional, and thorough. The prices were reasonable and you can tell they really care about the animal patients they see.

They have been great over the last year we have been living in Wenatchee. We have had to make 3 emergency trips, all with different dogs they were very fast and knowledgeable.

I took my dog into urgent care today for a blockage in his stomach. The initial care from the visit with the doctor was great and seemed very promising that my dog was going to get the best care. My dog was there for 8 hours before I got the call he was going into surgery. I was told the surgery would start at 630pm and that I would be contacted after the procedure to let me know how it went. It is now 11pm and I was never contacted. I called every 30-60 minutes to get through to someone to get an answer about how my dog is doing and all they could tell me was the on call doc had been contacted and there's nothing else they can do. I got so frustrated with this that I went down to the office (its 1030 at night now) to see if anyone was there to help. I walked up to the door and saw beer bottles all around the front entrance. I am beyond livid ar this point. I stood and banged on the door for about 15 minutes until a worker who was renovating answered. There was not a single tech on site. No one had even attempted to call me. I have not seen my dog in 15+ hours, nor do I know how his surgery went and everyone i talked to today to get any kind of information was anything but helpful. I have been using Cascade for years and I have never been so disappointed and disgusted as I am now.

It's very nice veterinarian that agreed to see my Marla on a Saturday. She was thorough and answered all my questions. She also gave my dog the medication she needed.

I have been trying to simply get my dog seen for two days now because she is throwing up blood. When you call, you are on hold for several minutes, then it says they are transferring your call. The phone then rings for a couple more minutes then they hang up. This used to be a good vet clinic but it now seems they could care less about me and my pets.

I understand that this is a business, but the amount of upselling and pressure to spend more money on unnecessary items is ridiculous. We took our cat to get neutered and the low estimate was $99.50. The high estimate was also $99.50. We paid the $99.50 up front, but when my wife went to pick the cat up, she was told that the $99.50 was just a deposit and that another $18.15 was due. She paid it, but when she told me about it I was suspicious because I had read other reviews about how much upselling Cascade does. It took me 3 phone calls to try to get to the bottom of this and I am still waiting for a call back. At first I was told that it was because the pain meds weren't included with the estimate. She actually said, "If you were getting a vasectomy, you'd want pain meds, right?" I told her that I can't believe the pain meds weren't standard and included in the cost of neutering a cat (would they actually do this to a poor cat WITHOUT the pain meds?!). So then she went back and talked to someone else and then told me that it was because the doctor made a judgement call about the cat needing additional pain meds. Okay, I get that. Doctors do have to make judgment calls about procedures that can cost more. But they were arguing that the estimate went all the way up into the $200's, but that was including add-ons and upsells that I declined and none of them had to do with additional medication. Once again, I probably wouldn't mind this so much if I hadn't already read about how much upselling Cascade does (and seeing for myself the amount of upselling on the estimate to get the cat neutered). I'll be using a different vet in the future.

Joey made a flying leap from the bed & ended with a left rear leg sprain. Dr Brownlee examined Joey & issued 10 pain pills to help Joey walk.
