I have utilized vet services from Dr. Bais for over eight years. She is thorough with her evaluation and is very knowledgeable. She has accurately diagnosed two of our kitties that had complicated conditions and she and her staff have always honored the fur baby / owner relationship. When I lost my 7 month old kitten to heart failure, Grace was quick to get me in and gave me time to say goodbye before he was euthanized. Dr. Bais and her staff are outstanding!!

This is a pretty good veterinarian clinic. We have had a few and so far have been pleased with their service and care for our animals.

Paws & Claws Staff are real heroes! They have all of the experience of the larger vet clinics but none of the assembly line attitude. They care. And a plus, their prices are very reasonable. I feel comfortable handing my dog over for a procedure. They do have office cats, so if your dog is uncomfortable around new animals and humans like mine, keep that in mind. They also don't have a lot of parking. 2 normal spaces and 1 handicap. But there is usually a place to pull over nearby.

When my dog had a rattlesnake bite, he was really sick and needed attention. We looked everywhere for help with the cost, but ever vet we called wanted too much money upfront, that we did not have. Even with two people working, it's barley enough. But this place didn't care about money. They cared about our dog. We made payment arrangements. They took great care of him and we couldn't have asked for better. Thank you paws and claws for caring more about the animal then the paycheck

Dr. Bias is incredible, and walked us through a very difficult loss. The whole staff stood behind us as we lost our precious Doc. The team kept in constant contact and fought for him. They all went far and beyond. Thank you!

I will NEVER use "Paws & Claws" again. I have been a loyal customer since 2012. That's 9 years. I have never been so upset, their front desk person was so "RUDE" to me, just for asking question about, why I cant bring my dog in for his vaccines. Due for Rabie's and others. GRACE was her name and does not fit her. Because she surly does' t have any!!!!!!!! I will be taking my business else where and I strongly suggest you do the same.

I had taken my little dog to two other vets and no one helped her when she was in a dire condition. Thank you Shawna for getting her thru that crisis and taking immediate action, you really do care about the animals you treat. Misty is back to tail wagging and playing :-)

I love this place. I will not take my animals to any other vet. They are very compassionate and caring as well as affordable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone that has fur babies!

Great service and very personable!

Right from the walk in the doors everyone seemed friendly! They handled my pup with ease. They carefully cut his nails & gave him his 2nd dose of puppy vaccines. We will be a customer with them. So glad the busy, fully booked downtown vet suggested them! We'll be bringing Charlie there for as long as we can. ❤

She is the nicest vet I have ever taken my puppy to!! Very thorough and answered all questions. My puppy liked her very much and that is a rare thing for her to like a vet!

After having visits and interactions with most of the clinics in the valley over the last couple of decades, I fell in love with Paws and Claws. They're the only place that would see my sick pet on short notice during Covid. Cascade Vet sent me away twice in a 3 week span (after initially misdiagnosing my pet). Thankfully the second time, they referred me to Paws and Claws (which I'd never heard of before), they got me in IMMEDIATELY, and even stayed after hours to care for my girl, and Ginger is happy and healthy thanks to them. I've transfered my other animals to them as well, and now that's the only place we go. They're so great with all my pets and I'm grateful we've found them!

I love this vet!! They are always quick with call backs and get my pets in right away when there is a need for them to be checked!! Everyone I've encountered has been very friendly!

Couldn’t be more happier with this vet! Nothing is more scary when your babies/fur babies are not feeling good! I called my original vet and they were on vacation. So I called another vet and there hotline emergency, they said they “can’t do anything for us!” I called Paws and Claws after hours and they were more than happy to see us and take care of my baby! So friendly, professional and very accommodating. I highly highly recommend them!

Took my pups here after they got into something and were having intestinal issues that the boiled chicken and rice diet wasn’t fixing. I called around to other offices that had seen them before, but everyone was booked up (luckily for me!) Paws and Claws got me in very last minute (a higher office visit fee, but that’s to be expected), the vet was super cool and walked me through all my options of how she could treat them and gave me all the prices before I decided, and everyone that interacted with us was really sweet! I had a good experience there, but it turned to a great experience yesterday when I got a call from the office asking how the pups were doing. I don’t know if that’s normal or not, but I’ve never had a vet call for anything besides to deliver lab results and I was very impressed by that! Definitely coming back here in the future.
