For our first visit...was a sad one...they took us in like family and walked us thru everything then took care of us after....thank you so very much!

They saved my Chiweenie. It was expensive, and they wanted the money upfront, but her eye was hanging out. They removed the eye and saved her life. They also did what they could do to keep costs down for me. Plus, they trimmed her unruly nails!

I called to make an appointment for my wife’s dog and was told due to missed appointments from 2014-2018 I have to prepay to set an appointment. Not only that I was told as of today that there was a new policy placed as of November and I never got any kind of notice through mail, via email, text, or call. I was informed today but you would think if you’re running a business you would be notified ahead of time like any other kind of business. I know of my mistakes on missing appointments but it should not reflect on me this time around. Also being told that I need to prove myself in order to get off the prepay thing was not very professional and no you as the director or whatever was not professional talking over me while I was explaining myself was not ok. Not only that I had made an appointment for my dog on December 6th and there was no problem with getting that set up.

Totally unreliable. They were going to let my dog die. What's the point of having an "animal HOSPITAL" If you don't take emergencies?? So thankful we found Cascade Veterinary Clinic. The people there are soooo much more professional and reliable. The receptionist at this "hospital" was short and rude and cold despite my dog (and myself) being in distress. Her attitude STINKS. They need to change their name to "Pick and Choose Animal Clinic" because that's EXACTLY what they do. Totally misleading. Totally unreliable. GO TO CASCADE INSTEAD THEY ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT ANIMALS.

They were incredible. Dr. Wade even sat on the floor to meet my mom's dog and was so friendly and loving to all my pets I took in that day. Last week Dr. O'Brien showed the same loving care and even examined my granddaughter's stuffed kitty and gave her a clean bill of health! They are truly amazing!

These are some of the most compassionate caring people you'll ever have the opportunity to trust your fur babies to ....from the beginning of life and all the little thing in-between...they are my heros .thank you all. ❤

Horrible they take all your money by not doing surgeries etc. The right way the first time.

My dog was misdiagnosed by another vet in town about 11 years ago and his hematoma erupted in my car on my way home! Animal hospital took him right into emergency surgery and fixed him right up for me! they didn't even charge me emergency services!!! After that they have been our vet!! They helped me figure out many different ailments with my two dogs! From going blind all of a sudden, to the lumps and bumps. In all cases helped my dogs so much! THANK YOU!

Called them and they got me right in for an emergency as well as the most respectful, caring and great team!!!!! I would like to THANK YOU for my amazing experience in a traumatic situation!

They are always attentive to our cats and work to get them seen when there is an emergency. Provide necessary solutions and care at a very reasonable price. I would not go anywhere else.

I brought my cat here because he was having some breathing difficulties about two months ago. They never did tell me exactly what was wrong with him and failed to diagnose him properly. They told me they “thought” it was allergies and recommended a steroid shot. They told me he was generally healthy and there was no real threat or concern for his well being. When he started to have the same issues again a few weeks ago, I took him in again and they still couldn’t give me a definitive answer as to what the problem was and just gave him another steroid shot. They never recommended doing any further testing to properly diagnose him. Last week My cat ended up dying of respiratory failure and suffered a very terrible premature death. After this happened I called The clinic and let them know that I held Them responsible for misdiagnosing him and asked for a phone call back from the doctor. The doctor never called me back. I transferred all the records for my other cat from this office to another clinic. I’m not going to take a chance with her life. I hold Them responsible for the death of my cat.

I’ve always brought my dogs here. I called to schedule their annual vaccinations and turns out the new owner wants to charge exam fees for each animal just to give them their vaccines. I would understand if they were new patients needing an exam as most vets do, but this just seems like an excuse for more money as they have already had exams here and are healthy young dogs. It’s a shame this vet changed owners. :(

I've had great experiences here with routine check ups on the cats. They were very helpful and knowledgeable with issues that have come up over the years (weight management, sensitive stomach, and urinary issues).

every vet in town has turned away an emergency, dog was attacked by another dog. and this woman hangs up on me.

I appreciate the fact that they were able to see us for urgent Care. Though, I do believe they were too quick to suggest $10,000 surgery or euthanasia for my dogs injured back. Turns out that my new doggy chiropractor believes we can nurse her into walking again.
