Staff was nice and professional. They answered all my questions and did a thorough exam. They kept me appraised of all the costs before doing any tests and was quick to treat her when she had an unexpected allergic reaction. My dog loved going there and I would definitely recommend!

This entire staff is courteous and knowledgeable. They display display a genuine appreciation of pets.

I'm very grateful for the care this clinic gave our toy poodle. After diagnosing a heart murmur, the vet emailed us a long explanation of possible treatment options and what a murmur is and what to look out for at home. She was caring and professional. The clinic gave us an estimate but the final cost was lower than they'd estimated. They were up front about what the costs may be and called us to double check we were ok if additional charges were needed. Happy with their care and service.

This place is amazing. They have a special quality of care above any other vet specialist we have had in the past. I researched numerous specialist before opting for Orchard Hills because my dog needed a TPLO surgery. Since day one they have been transparent and upfront with all procedures, options, and estimates. Dr. Barger loves the pet's and is such a unique asset to this place. Cara and the rest of the staff are always friendly and patient with my little guy and surprisingly he doesn't mind getting dropped off there as opposed to other places where we would have to drag him out of the car. I would highly recommend this place to anyone considering a specialist to work on their loved ones with care. We drive a considerable distance just to see them and it's always worth it.

Amazing place to take your pet for the best care! They really took my concerns for my dog going under anesthesia seriously and never made me feel like I was asking to many questions or being too worried especially because my dog is a sighthound (greyhound) and can be sensitive to going under. They do the local greyhound rescue's medical care so that definitely put my mind at ease. 100% recommend!

I was here to pick sister's dog up from getting neutered. They took longer than expected to bring him out but they gave clear instructions.

Today was one of the hardest days of my life. I had to put down one of my best friends, my familys dog of 10 years. After calling every vet from camas washougal to portland they all said they didnt have time to do it. It was a medical emergency my dog had, had a stroke. The staff at Orchard hospital called back and said they could get us in. Upon arivval they treated us with upmost care. The vet and vet tech were so caring they helped make this horrible proccess as pain free as it could be. They walked us through the process and and made it as clear and pain free as possible. I will always give them my business from now on.

Orchard Hills is affordable and has the best service. My Goldendoodle is so happy to go to the vet, he practically crawls out the window once he realizes where we are. I am oh so grateful for this place! It’s worth the drive from Portland, for sure.

My Greyhound has always had horrible teeth and Orchard Hills provided the best care and advice on how to keep his mouth taken care of when needed.

Declined no availability to see my sick dog same day appt...but called back 30 minutes later stated they would work in my sick dog ...great pooch service, great customer service.

Everytime we call we are able to get through and speak to someone. They are always friendly and answer all questions. Dr. Fitzgerald is wonderful to work with, genuinely caring, and diligent with following up. Over all Orchard Hills veterinary is top notch care.

To have Dr Bargar and his tech come in on their day off just to do our dog's surgery, because I felt more at ease with him carrying out surgery on our dog, was above and beyond my expectations. This was because he did such a fantastic job on her previous surgery 2 years ago, that I knew it would be as much a success as the last one - and it was! Beyond grateful for the exceptional dedication and understanding of the Dr and team.

Nice to pets but no respect for your time. Took over 10 minutes past my appt time to get an acknowledgement, after 15 I left. Will find another vet.

I rushed my little mini poo, Jo Jo to Orchards Hills while he was having a grand mall seizure and in acute stress. I honestly thought I would lose him. They treated him immediately. I knew he was in good hands. After he was stable they sent me home with meds and emergency instructions and called and checked on him on two separate times. I'm sure they saved his life.
