Excellant services. Sally is so gentle with my cat, Minnie and we are always so pleased with her grooming needs results. I think we have been using Sassy Cats for 12 or more years. They are the best.

Sally is wonderful, very nice , and an exceptional highly professional groomer & has groomed my 2 extremely difficult to handle cats for about 10 years. She even took a special course on how to handle furry monsters like mine! First, Sally has the hard job of catching them as my old senior bones aren't fast enough. Sally has always managed to give my very long-haired tangled cats beautiful Teddy Bear & Lion's Cuts, which are necessary as they would never allow me to brush them to prevent mats. I have really appreciated all Sally's great care & professional grooming over the years! Mara in Victoria.

Sally is amazing and so far is the only groomer I know who does a TeddyBear cut on cats. She is gentle and efficient and always keeps her client's comfort and tolerance level in mind. As a human I enjoy our interactions and my Joey loved her spa treaments.

Very helpful and essential service to have it mobile makes it that much easier to keep your cat groomed, especially with a Maine Coon ???? only reason 4 stars is they always have a long wait list, and even getting through to a person rather than a voicemail is near impossible.

Sally gave Jezebel some much needed TLC. She is an easily stressed cat and I was worried about how the appointment would go. Sally had total control and was loving and attentive every step of the way. I can't thank you enough Sally! Jez looks so cute with her Teddy Bear Cut.

Sally is amazing. The "cat whisperer". She far exceeded our expectations. Our 2 boys had never been groomed & both are skittish towards strangers...well not towards Sally! Highly recommended.

Sally does great work yet was almost a half hour late for our appointment and did not address the issue nor act like it was of any consequence, (although her co-work had a fresh cup of Tim's in his hand). When I calmly brought up her tardiness and that I was upset that she was so late without a phone call to warn me she said that she "can't work under these conditions" and refused to come back again. I wish that her attitude was as professional as her work, I expect more maturity and accountability from people I work with. We waited a month for this appointment and have sent her countless referrals in the past, it is a shame to learn that she does not value repeat clients or their time.

I have five cats which Sally has been grooming/shaving for three years. She is wonderful. Really kind, really good with the cats. She was a vet tech for 14 years so if you have some concerns she can help you decide where you should see a vet etc. She volunteers once a month with Vet for Pets which is for low income, homeless people with pets. She is just an all round great groomer and human being. I love her!! I just saw a review about Sally being late. I don't know if you have ever worked with animals but they do not sit calmly and let you groom them. They fight, growl and hide. Hour appointments can stretch to 90 minutes to 2 hours not through any fault of Sally's. My personal belief is that it is not how long you wait but who you are waiting for. I will definitely wait for Sally.

My cat has been to a half dozen groomers over the years but I have never been so happy with the service. Absolutely everything was excellent. She was so gentle and attentive to my cat's comfort and the cut is perfect and exactly what I requested. Also she took the time after the grooming to thoroughly discuss my cat's health (ears, skin, bum, etc) and gave me some great suggestions for his anxiety and chronic licking. She's got my highest recommendation.

I have Sally come to my house every month to put soft paws on my naughty cat. Amazing service and wonderful woman. Highly recommend. She handles my cat like a pro.

Just had my very furry cat groomed by Sally, I am nothing but impressed. The way she handled my fussy cat and how comfortable she kept her was just outstanding. Myself and my beautiful looking kitty thank you and can't wait until the next grooming!

Sally comes by my place a few times a year and fixes my lovable feline, Charlie, right up! She's very efficient and skilled when grooming, while also very calming as my cat doesn't like the dryer so much. I highly recommend her if your cat is in need of some grooming and loving.
