Big ....well stocked store. If you want to drop 300 bucks to get a bag of food and your dogs hair and nails done....this is the place! Friendly, helpful staff.

Terrible groomers. Usually we take our dog to the Uptown location but they were booked out for weeks. We came to Langford location expecting the same level of service. The first red flag was how long they kept her. What is usually about 1.5 - 2 hour service at uptown was about 4 hours at Langford! They did a hack job on her trim, and we ended up taking her to the vet for minor injuries on her paws that our vet told us was likely due to a poor groom. Would not ever go back. Management did a good job addressing our concerns when notified after vet visit, and ended up paying for our vet bill (no refund offered on groom), but does not change the fact that it happened in the first place and how poor the trim was, injuries aside.

Groomers are not good. Rest of staff friendly

Our dog had an spa day. She had a really good time. We'll be back in the future.

Really quick pick up order. Friendly and helpful staff. Would give 5 stars but selection was limited at the time (big sale was on).

Found what I was looking for , short staffed like everybody else.

Budgies and other birds crammed into tiny cages, in some cases six birds in a cage inadequate for one bird to be in for long. They actually DECREASED the size of their cage space, it’s half the size it used to be. It’s appalling.

Wide selection, good prices, always a sale to be had. Makes it easy to stay stocked up on pet food.

Highly recommend the grooming services!

Excellent customer service. The curb side pick up app needs improving because it doesn’t work.

POS system at these stores must be wild, because it takes about 3 minutes to get through checkout with 2 items. Not blaming the staff, but corporate should do some streamlining.

I live too close to the store. It's costing me too much lol. Matty had a puppy trim today.

Cashier was helpful and prompt, the online purchase and pick up was extremely convenient.

Amazing service from the grooming staff, especially the grooming manager Natalia. She dealt with our very nervous Brussels Griffon beautifully and did a fabulous job grooming her.

Low selection of dog tags but it is what it is.

My dog went in for a grooming appointment today and I paid extra for their “top dog” package. I feel like I wasn’t provided all the items that were listed for that service. He may have had his teeth brushed but that was it. He definitely didn’t come out with a cologne spritz or a bow tie/bandana. This is my second time bringing him to here and the second time wasn’t as good as the first. She did a great job the first time but I feel like it’s a little sloppy this time. I also had to pay before even seeing my dogs cut. I might not bring him back again.

my husband asked them not to shave our dog but to give her a proper cut and was told it was mean to brush them out it hurts the dog, the older lady at the Langford location argued with my husband for a good 10 mins so my husband walked out...do not reccommend this groomer, as they would not do anything but shave her bald, ps she had no mats!!! in her fur

This store is just a nightmare. There's dogs everywhere all they sell is pet related stuff I hate animals I'm never coming hear again!!!! Just kidding it's hard to leave though to meant new animal friends lol

Actually quite disappointing! I was told how great and wonderful and the most absolute must-have can't pass by fish and chips this place has so I stopped in time made my order and I was absolutely so disappointed. My face seems like it could use a few more minutes down both my fries and my tasted double-dipped even my gravy wasn't the greatest but it was better than nothing it was very Bland no get to it I think I'll stick with Salty's
