Excellent staff and care of my cat and dog.

Dr. Leigh Williams is an excellent and personable vet whom my now three dogs (one deceased) loved and were eager to visit!

The staff is great. So friendly and helpful.

Our puppy had her first visit yesterday, Dr Nicole Salloum is excellent at her job and I cannot recommend her enough. Olive left still wagging her tail and it was a great first experience. Oaklands is a great veterinary hospital - clean, friendly staff and you can tell a lot of care and thought went into this place. Thank you!!

Wonderful, caring staff who made my new, shy little pomchi girl as comfortable as possible. They managed to find a spot to squeeze her in for a dental quickly when it became clear it was really needed. We're super grateful.

I’ve taken my pets to several veterinary clinics and Oakland’s is without question the best. Staff are incredibly helpful and the veterinarians are fantastic. They are kind, compassionate, intelligent and reliable. Zero complaints.

I learned so much from my last visit. Out boxer has allergies and the vet was very insightful on various treatments we could pursue.

Amazing clinic and staff. I've been going since Covid hit. I chose them because I was allowed to go in with my furbabies. I'm so happy with my choice. I recently took my baby Belle in for a tooth extraction and a spay all at the same time.. I had to work early, but they let me bring her in as soon as one of the receptionists was in. Shout out to the Saturday receptionists (I'm so sorry I forget your names!) And Dr. Williams. Y'all were so patient with me and so understanding with my phone calls throughout the process. Thank you ????♥️ If they're taking new clients.. please do yourself a favor and pick them!

I truly can’t say enough good things about this clinic. In the year and a half I’ve had my dog, I’ve referred so many people to Oaklands I should be paid! Ha! We see Dr. Salloum, who is so lovely, but every other vet we’ve seen has been great as well. The vets and vet techs all clearly have such a deep love for animals, and this clinic is fairly priced and they never try to add on unnecessary tests or procedures. I moved to Vancouver recently and am struggling to find a vet clinic that’s even half as good. My dog is weary of strangers and very timid, and I’ve always been baffled by how much she loves going to the vet… as it turns out, she actually only likes going to ONE vet clinic!

My little kitten has been well taken care of here, however I always feel a but unwelcomed by the reception staff

Fantastic, The staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly, they always recommend the best for our furry friend! Our dog was very please with his visit, untill the shots.... So for us it's a 13/10 for him a solid 9/10!

They took amazing care of our cat, went above and beyond to provide us with information and our procedure wound up costing less than projected. Dr. Williams is excellent and the whole staff were a real pleasure. Couldn't ask for more.

The most caring and knowledgeable

My little 15 year old dog suddenly took a turn for the worst and we needed a vet. The one we used for over 30 years refused to take him as they said they were booked up for the day. Even when we said the poor pup needed to be euthanized which wouldn’t take long to do. It was devastating! Thank God this vet took our pup and treated him and my husband with dignity!! We are getting a new puppy and will definitely use them as our new doctor ????

Fantastic Vet services! Dr.Williams was great with my rats and very knowledgeable. The staff is friendly and the office is clean. Covid protocol is in place and I feel safe bringing my babies here. Cost is always up front and very reasonable. I am so glad I found this place.

So far I really like this hospital. My boy had a rough year and it was really hard to find a vet we both trusted. I really appreciate how kind and extremely patient Dr Williams had been with myself and my boy. Thank you.

Hands down, the best vet clinic I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. These people are professionals. Compassionate, caring, and at the end of the day there isn't a doctor in this clinic that doesn't want to see the best outcome for you and your pet. I wish I would have found them sooner, but had dealt with 4 other clinics from Alberta to Victoria that didn't even come close to comparing to these amazing people. Thank you guys for everything. Lucy had her life extended to 15 years because of your care and compassion. Big thanks to Dr. Piercy and Dr. Burniston for their great care.
