Wonderful vet, great staff, highly recommend!

Millstream Vet has been our vet for our two cats for the past few years and they are AMAZING. Especially with having to put our cat down last month, they have gone above and beyond with compassion. Thank you so much for your kindness, it is greatly appreciated!

Wanted a second opinion for my very sick puppy and was forced to wait outside on my phone.. then I was told they aren't accepting new dogs . .and that I should go see my primary vet (who I wanted a second opinion from) despite the great things I've heard about this clinic my own experience was . . Disappointing to say the least.

What a waste of time making an appointment only to be turned away.

Always a good experience! Wonderful staff from the vets and vet techs to the assistants and front desk staff. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to ensure quality care for their pet.

Wonderful staff that genuinely care for their clients. Expensive but definitely worth the price for the knowledge and capabilities of everyone employed here. We all appreciate the efforts, especially during COVID. ????

Took our old pup in for a 2nd opinion after our main vet wasn't finding anything of concern with him, tho we knew something was wrong. They were wonderful with explaining everything they found (normal, as well as areas of concern) and suggested treatments that have definitely helped our old boy feel much better! We have now switched our vet to Millstream! :)

Went to Millstream as a vet we previously used (and found amazing) in Courtney also moved to the South Island however I did not like our experiences post covid - they wanted me to tie my senior Saint Bernard out in the sun to come and collect him (they stated this was for covid safety) however they passed him to me at the end of the appointment. I found communication through the phone for the appointment frustrating. Since moving vets I was much more satisfied with my over all experience.

Such courteous staff, clean bright space, covid restriction compliant and most of all, fantastic veternarians. Dr.Adam saved my dogs life 3 years ago and recently, helped alongside the very lovely Dr. Robert's, with my cat and emergency surgery. I trust these people.. they provide me the time to talk, so helpful, offer sound & great advice and, provide calmness.. my pets love them, so do I.

Recently I met with Dr. Adams regarding my dog's failing health. She was amazing in terms of being empathetic, of offering insight into the decisions we were going to have to make, and taking the time to help me work through a very stressful situation. Really I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Adams and would highly recommend her and her practice to anyone seeking excellent care for their pets.

Dr. Waldern is fantastic! She is very adaptive to our two anxious dogs. She took the time to completely assess their meeds and give us choices for the path forward.

Cannot say enough how responsive they are, very through, they go out of their way to provide the best in care and service. So please we found such a great group of people to deal with.

Lots of miscommunication, seems like there is always new office staff that don't really know what's up. The veterinarians are nice although I feel like a lot of my concerns and questions weren't relayed to them resulting in wasted time and a frustration.

Love love love these amazing people, they helped me with the most difficult time in my life an ALL the staff made me feel at ease..... I highly recommend this veterinarian Hospital they took such good care of me can't say enough!!

Always such friendly and thorough assistance here, they really do go out of their way to assist and communicate. They even do follow-up contact after procedures to ensure your pet is doing ok. Wonderful all around!

I cannot speak highly enough about the staff and teams at this vet clinic. Honest, no bullsh#t, just the way you want it to be vet clinic. I had to put my little guy down. No easy feat for anyone who's ever had to. The team looked after me and my dog, assured me and did everything they possibly could have for me to not have to go through with such a difficult decision. I wasn't rushed. I wasn't pressured. I was treated just like a family member. Thank you Millstream Hospital for everything!

Biggest regret is not coming to you guys sooner! Such warm, welcoming and knowledgeable staff who treated our dog like he was family❤️ I’m SO glad we made the switch and now have such a wonderful place to bring our beloved fur baby. Thank you!!

Definitely in good hands here! I've taken my cat in quite a few times over the last year or two, and every time the staff has always been very friendly, professional, and empathetic, showing high levels of care and knowledge. I'm very grateful to have such an awesome team to take care of my cat when she needs it.

Excellent customer service, and a very reasonable price. I have a reactive dog that can be troublesome, but they were extremely accommodating. They also demonstrated that they were interested in the animal not sales numbers incidentally. There is very little more that I could have asked for.

They helped save our dog Duke that was hit by a car.

Dr. Janet Adam is exceptional. I have brought my cat and service dog in to see her and she delivered a high level of care and knowledge. The staff is super friendly and the facility is spotless. Very good value, it is hard to find a vet that is not up-selling services. It is obvious that Dr. Adam and her staff truly love animals and are willing to go the extra mile. Very quick response, reliable, clean inside and friendly nice people. My dog is always happy going there. Not many places have online booking service but they do and it’s very convenient!
