Accommodating and kind attendants, knowledgeable doctors, they get back to you quickly, and appreciate how cute your creature is. Also, I get to pet a dog almost every time I go 10/10

Amazing clinic! Staff is fantastic. Dr. Rolfe is extremely thorough. Don't mind taking the time to explain everything. My pets are my babies and I trust they are in the best hands. Highly recommend.

Dr. Rolfe took such amazing care of my little budgie Loki. I had called around to the few quality avian vets in our area, and Thetis Heights was the only one willing to take a new patient, and they got us in quickly. I’ve been so worried about my little budgie and Dr. Rolfe took the time to explain everything to me, and he was so sweet and gentle with Loki, he barely made a fuss even though he’s only recently become hand tame. Thanks to the staff there, I can finally have a good nights sleep without worrying about losing my little guy. Amazing vet, super friendly staff, and very reasonable pricing. Can’t rave enough about them!

We love Dr.Rolfe and all of his staff. He has always gone above and beyond to ensure my elderly Boston Terrier received the best treatment plan for his rare diagnosis of Cushing’s Disease. Although our pup is no longer with us, there is no doubt that dr.Rolfe and his knowledge/continual researching and educating, allowed our beloved Bentley to live a full life even with such a horrible diagnosis. Thank you for giving us more cherished years with him and good quality of life up until his last snuggle. We will always continue to support this vet family by bringing our other fur babies to see him.

I love this place and if you read some of my other reviews I’m a crazy fur mom- guilty. I’ve taken my dog and cat here for care and recently had to say goodbye to my kitty. Something I’ve been dreading for awhile I feel the staff and vets were so compassionate and genuinely care about your pet it made the whole experience very calm and peaceful. I couldn’t have asked for better, honest service.

Dr Jay Rolfe is a caring and compassionate vet. He always gives me (and my dog) his full and undivided attention. He is careful and accurate in his explanation of any procedure. He has a wonderful sense of humour and I enjoy our visits to the Clinic. During this time of quarantine, his friendly staff have provided safe procedures to get our animals into the clinic when needed and I completely trust them, even though us humans can't be in the clinic with them. THANK YOU!!

Super helpful and friendly, the doctor is very knowledgeable with lots of experience, took great care of my 15-year old cat.

I've been a client of veterinarian Jay Rolfe for many years. He cares about animals, and once he told me that he regards a major part of his job as educating humans about their animals (my wording, not his). He also enjoys using human drugs -- which were tested on animals -- to treat other animals, and he has some interest in nutrition. The new clinic, while not particularly convenient for me in terms of location, has the considerable virtue of having a technician to do blood and urine tests, and it has at least an X-ray machine -- perhaps other scanners too, I'd guess maybe an ultrasound though probably not CTs and MRIs -- and the ability to do in-house surgery. This means no need to put my cats and myself through an extra visit to an animal hospital. Jay phoned me with the results of my cats' tests and discussed, without hurry, what to do next. Those results were "boring" -- his word :-) -- which under the circumstances is what both of us want. This means if we can get rid of the fleas and tapeworms -- tapeworms often go together with fleas -- and give the cats an (expensive but occasionally necessary) dental cleaning, they'll both be in good shape.

Never go there as they misdiagnosed my cat & ended up dying .

First visit and they were friendly and made my dog feel comfortable. They provided good information during my visit.

Dr. Rolf and his team have always gone above and beyond for me and my furry canine family members. They stayed open late to help my dog in an emergency and not once made me feel like I was putting anyone out. They are thorough without being pushy. They are always compassionate and professional.

Friendly staff, they obviously love what they do. We have seen two different vets here,and we were very happy with them both. I'd definitely recommend this vet to family, friends and all the pets I know. ❤????

Very friendly and helpful staff. We have always felt comfortable with the doctor and with the recommendations that he provides. We actually left another clinic, because they tried to convince us to spend a lot of money on unnecessary treatments, tests and procedures. Thetis Heights Vet provided all of the options available and then provided a reasonable opinion based on the circumstances. Our dog hates the vets, but the doctor and techs made him much more comfortable.
