My boyfriend and i adopted a kitten from Pets West, and this was the vet that was assigned to my kitten through the adoption and I honestly couldn’t be happier with them. Little boots got Neutered and they called to check up on him which was fabulous and gave me a very detailed, easy to follow care instruction package. Every time I go there they are so kind and caring and you can really tell every staff member there cares deeply for your animal. I highly recommend them. Thank you Mckenzie Vet for taking such good care of my little guy.

McKenzie veterinary had always been a caring and reliable place to go.

I've been coming here for about 2 years. My first couple of visits were wonderful. After that it has been a hit or miss. Their customer service definitely needs improvement. Edit: in regards to your comment, maybe train your staff so the customer service can be more consistent. It's specifically the lab techs that have been rude on more than one occasion. Hope that helps.

During caring and knowledgeable staff are there to help you. They've taken a personal interest in the care of all of our pets and I couldn't recommend enough!

Great with both my rescued dogs... especially my high strung super reactive Boxer/Pit/St Brenard mix I've always been worried about taking my animals to the vet especially sense 9-10 times they don't like going... but Mackenzie Vet makes each and every expirence as stress free as possible ❤❤❤ They are my one and only choice for my four legged babies P.s Their LGBTQ friendly and won't judge you even for the silliest of questions

Nobody likes to read a negative review, but I'm still reeling in shock from the poor service I received from Dr. Eric Wilkening a month ago that I want to share my experience with anyone else who might be dealing with similar issues. To make a very long story short, my cat has mammary gland tumours. After finding the tumours and Googling what they might be, I took her in to see Dr. W. The visit was like this: he came into the room, I told him what I suspected, he prodded her, and told me that he will have to do radical surgery as soon as possible. That the cost of each surgery will be around $3000, for a total for $6000 (or more) for removal of both mammary chains. I felt so taken aback and so overwhelmed by the bluntness and the one-track-solution that I agreed with the idea, and he left the room. Since then, I have seen two other vets at separate clinics for second opinions. Both vet clinics were completely new to me, and both offered so much more empathy, patience, and care to both me and my cat, including letting me know all my options, supporting me in making decisions, and answering any questions or offering ideas for questions I may have. I won't be returning to McKenzie, and certainly I won't be referring anyone there.

We were clients, but followed our veterinarian when they left the practice. The vets we saw were always great, but the front end staff was far from great. We also had mix ups with prescriptions on two separate occasions. We had a prescription for caninsulin (for diabetes) , but given cartrophen (an anti inflammatory), on a second occasion our prescription for Felimazole was for 2.5mg, but we were given 5.0mg. SO MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOU PRESCRIPTION

Great place staff pleasant so friendly

The team at McKenzie Vet is amazing. Truly best in class veterinary care. There is sometimes a short wait for appointments or to make payments etc, but it's because the staff do such an amazing job making sure each client's needs are met and questions are answered. Dr. McNaughton in particular is incredible and treats our pets with such care. We really love and appreciate this place!

It's the only place I would trust taking my fur-family member to.
