Our two cats see Dr Kopp (a little too much these last few months) and she has been one of the sweetest and most helpful/attentive vets I've spoken to. All the veterinary assistants there are kind, gentle and seem to be very loving with the animals in my experience and their prices are quite manageable! Having a vet that I 100% trust is so important as our cats really mean the world to us, and they do provide the best care they can. Thank you City Pets!

Dr. Mulley and entire staff are wonderful. They are kind, friendly, knowledgeable, professional, caring, and efficient. I really appreciate how Dr. Mulley always takes the time to thoroughly explain exactly what is going on and the pros and cons of different treatment options. She will always recommend the best course of action without adding any pressure or unnecessary services. I have no hesitation in fully trusting City Pets with my fur baby and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent care and top notch service for their pets. Thank you!

My dog is a 5lbs Yorkshire terrier, about 2 weeks ago , the doctor gave some meds for her allergies for 14 days , the Vet tech handed me the pill box , did not even explain to me the dosage or when to administer the meds , usually it’s her job to pre check the pills and what’s written on it and let the owner of the pet know as well , but she was in some hurry to move on to the next client. The description on the pill box was pretty straightforward take one tablet every 12hrs , so that’s 2 a day . After 7 days of administering the meds to my dog , there were no more pills left which is weird . So when my husband called the clinic , the person on the phone said actually it’s only half a pill every 12hrs and not one . I am very disappointed and very upset with the negligence of the vet tech or whoever prepared the prescription , it was their job to do a complete pre check and read what’s written on the med box and double check again if necessary . We have had no problems with the doctor she’s an excellent veterinarian in the city definitely would recommend her . But medication errors like this could have been fatal for my small dog , my dog is doing okay .

We rescued a puppy recently which came from the U.S. When the litter arrived in Canada, a few of the pups, including ours, came down with kennel cough.Made the appointment for a Sunday, and the staff was helpful by getting us in on short notice. I kid you not, this vet refused to examine our very sick puppy because he has been out of the country in the last 14 days. I'm no doctor, but I'm pretty sure dogs don't get Covid. So much for putting the welfare of the patient above all. This vet needs to review her ridiculous protocols. Very disappointed. Please don't respond to this review with the same old keeping everyone safe B.S. I'm not buying it.

Our regular vet wasn’t available for 4 days and these guys fit us in within 2 hours and we were able to catch an infection early in our dog. So thankful and they were so lovely.

Excellent pet care in every stage of their life.

Despite COVID and so many closures. I was able to get both my dogs in to see Dr. Mulley without delay. She treated both my pups and I couldn’t be more pleased. She’s caring, calm and compassionate. Answered all my questions and was very thorough. I will be returning with these pups and all my future 4-legged friends.

The vet is great. But their covid safety measure are bordering on ridiculous. They wont accept money but will take my card and the ladies at the counter touch my card with their bare hands. Like what's the difference??. Many business are open for customer now but for some reason they still lock their doors and wont allow anyone in. Its alienating for customers. I spent alot of money there and if this continues I'll be buying my pet food, supplies and medicine at another location. The ladies at the front counter apologize for the over the top measures but something must change.

Doctor Mulley is amazing, but if you have to deal with her reception ladies they’re not the best. They will refuse to tell you the price of medications/operations and other cheaper available options until you’re already in the middle of payment. Was told false information by them and when confronted they didn’t apologize. If you have to deal with Dr. Mulley’s stand in Dr. Brown, she will be very aggressive and very dismissive of your choices. Do not come here if you are low income, they charge the absolute highest amount possible for their products and services!!

Dr. Mulley and Dr. Brown are both skilled and experienced vets . So happy that I found City Pets. My beloved cat was properly diagnosed and taken care of and recovered extremely well from her major surgery. Dr. Mulley called me after the surgery and her excellent team called again in follow up . Everyone here loves animals and their jobs and it shows in their high quality care.

Went to her twice with my dog. While she was fine one on one. She did absolutely no follow up. The last visit my dog was limping badly. She recommended anti-inflammatory's and x-rays. Both did nothing. When I called to find out what the next step was she suggested more anti-flams and maybe exploratory surgery. Then I never heard from her. After spending hundreds of dollars and thinking my dog might have to go through surgery. SHE DID NOT FOLLOW UP. I ended up taking my dog to a dog chiropractor on a recommendation. Turns out it was a neck injury that effected her gait (the city pet vet did not even touch her besides her foot). After two visits my dog was fine. And guess what? The dog chiropractor called me to find out how my dog was doing....Twice!
