Sandy helped me board my cat during a very difficult time. She was compassionate, attentive, and sincere. The place is secluded, peaceful, well kept, ideal really. She wasn't phased by his behavioural issues, and was honest about his experience there, and their experience with him. I felt taken care of, and I can tell he did too.

Sandy is the owner and has a cottage on her property just for the cats with 35 guest suites and heated floors and each suite is equipped with a negative pressure air exchange system to minimize air borne pathogens and ensure fresh air flow 24hrs/day! They even get to watch movies tailored to their preferences!! ???? Room rates start at only $28 a night!!! My three fur babies were in the largest Emperor suite ($39/night for the room plus extra cat charges) and my total cost for 5 nights included taxes and medicine administration was only $380! WELL WORTH IT!! ❤️???????? I definitely give this kitty hotel 5 paws!! My one girl has asthma and need meds twice a day, and my boy is a thyroid kitty and also needs meds twice a day. They brushed them twice a day and gave them ALL the love and special free time daily on their fully enclosed “catio” and the main fireside lounge area. They have snugglers come in and read them books and give them special love and cuddle time. I picked them up after 5 nights and my 3 cats were SO HAPPY! They didn’t want to leave!! ????❤️????????

My cat Gus was so nervous to go to this place at first he was hissing and had huge fit before after his week with cats paw inn I went to pick him up he didn’t wanna leave ! He was well Taken care off ! I was very worried leaving him But after seeing him when I picked him up I wouldn’t second guess leaving him There again !!

I just brought my cat home from the Cat Paws Inn. He missed me, but I could tell that he really enjoyed his stay at this very nice place. I was able to be on vacation with the knowledge that he was being well cared for and the video they sent showed that! I highly recommend this very nice place. My cat stayed for the first time at Cat Paws Inn for 4 night last week. I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The property is very well maintained and exceptionally clean !! I would totally definitely recommend leaving your cat when you have to go away and have the peace of mind that they will be well taken care of !!

Our one year old cat named Oreo just spent 12 nights there while we were in Mexico. We had never boarded a cat anywhere before, so were a bit nervous about the whole experience and how our cat would fare. Like others who have posted reviews here, we had a great experience. The facility is immaculate and very well organized. You can tell the owners really care for each of the cats. I haven't used any other boarding place, but am pretty sure we never will at this point. Cat Paws Inn is simply the best place for your cat when you have to go away.

My cat and I immigrated from South Africa 8 years ago. She stayed at the Cat Paws Inn for the first 2 months while I settled in. Over the last 8 years, my cat(s) have stayed here at regular intervals and sometimes for extended periods when I travel back to South Africa. We later moved to East Vancouver but I still take my cat here whenever I go away. It really is a remarkable place. The owner, Sandy, is amazing. She loves the cats. She also runs an extremely professional operation and her facility is spotless and clean. I have complete peace of mind whenever I leave my cat here, knowing that he will receive excellent care and attention while I am away.

What an amazing place! My cats have stayed in several different boarding places before, but this is by far the place they were the most relaxed in. Almost felt like they didn't want to leave. The inn is incredibly clean, well organized, fair priced and the staff is great! I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfy place for their cats.

A state of the art accommodation for cats. Friendly, professional, knowledgable, kind owner. Cats have their own suites each with a window into a peaceful greenery with a view of living entertainment of a small flock of colourful chickens walking around. Recommend for anybody who is looking for a trustworthy, safe and comfortable home away from home for their cats.

I booked a room here for my two cats over the holidays and they were awesome! When we came to drop the off, the process was quick, thorough, and painless - they made sure to double check with us about our cats' health and behaviours & made notes for anything to look out for. They offered to be in touch the entire time we were gone. When were we're going to be a few minutes late for our pick up appointment because of delayed flights, they were incredibly accommodating. When we picked up our cats, it was an easy process and they weren't stressed out from their stay in the least. Thank you so much!!

Immaculately clean and spacious. Large individual rooms for each cat with "private patio". On arrival our cat went straight outside to the (fenced in) patio and forgot all about us. When we got back they gave us a detailed description of what our cat had been up to, which tallied exactly with her personality so we knew they had really been keeping an eye on her. It's a bit of a drive from Vancouver where we live, but well worth it.

Perfect! Sandy and the Cats Paw Inn take amazing care of each and every cat. Their location is pristine - clean, quiet and calm. Will continue coming here.

We recently had our cat stay at the Cat Paws Inn and they are great! Everything is geared to the cats safety and comfort. Once you meet Sandy it's very obvious that she loves cats and understands how important our furry family members are. I highly recommend this place and will use their services again.

My kitten recently went here over the holidays and this place is so awesome! The owner is so hands on and clearly really loves cats. The facility is super clean and beautiful! This is the most amazing place. Sandy, the owner, is kind and loves the cats like they were her own. It is always immaculate and all the cats look happy. Everyone of the cats rooms has windows looking outside to her beautiful large yard with lots of wildlife for the cats to look at and the room door is glass so they can look into the home and at the other cats. Our cat, George, LOVES this place!!! I recommend this place to everyone I know with cats. They fill up fast on holidays so I recommend you book as early as possible.
