Our cat passed away while away on vacation. Catherine has provided very limited information about the circumstances and does not reply to emails or phone calls at this time.

Catherine is our go to whenever we are leaving town and need someone to check in on our furry one. We have found her reliable, very easy to communicate with, and we know our cat is in good hands. We especially enjoy the visit updates and photos she provides!

We utilized this service quite a few times and each time, we were completely impressed! Our fur babies were relaxed and happy upon our return. The daily reports were such a nice addition. Cat Nanny Victoria offers so much more than you would expect. My first impression of Cat Nanny Victoria was an INSTANT response to my request. Catherine had phoned me within minutes to confirm that she would be able to take care of my precious 18yo fur baby. Our dates for our vacation were still not solid, yet Catherine showed flexibility, and ensured us that she was committed to providing excellent service. We had an unforeseen issue with passport validity dates the day before departure and Catherine responded promptly and professionally, again showing flexibility during a stressful time. Having used numerous pet care services in the past, I was "blown away" with Catherine's complimentary 1 hour meet and greet, she was organized with her paperwork from vet authorization, contract and special needs form. She even offered to pick up mail and water plants !!! I received daily updates complete with pictures and often hilarious comments that reassured me everything was taken care of. Catherine doesn’t just feed them and clean their litter, she spends time with them, making friends, playing and cuddling, paying attention to their needs or issues. And the best of all are the daily texts or emails she sends to reassure you and remind you that your kitties are in good hands :-)

An extremely positive experience with Catherine looking after my cats. She has a very fast response time when you need to contact her, very reasonable rates, and treats your cats like they were her own with love and affection. When she came back to drop off my keys my cats were almost more excited to see her than they were to see me when I returned from holiday! On the last day of my vacation, there was a water leak in my building and the water had to be turned off. Not only did she do the rounds of my condo to look for damage but she also communicated with the cleanup contractors and went out and got fresh, bottled water for the cats! I strongly recommend Catherine to anyone looking for quality in-home cat care and will use her service any time I go away.
