Belmont Langford Veterinary Hospital Victoria, Washington

I found the service lacking. I had merely gone to purchase some cans of food. Nobody greeted me nor advised me of wait time. There was one front receptionist who was assisting someone however there was ample time to triage and state shouldn't be long. I ended up leaving and going to my usual vet for the food. Place appeared well layed out I wouldn't go back unless i was desperate. Definitely a bad first impression and likely last for me.

Great vet. Front desk is busy so everything is prompt. Examination was thorough and vaccination done quickly with the owners in the room.

I just moved to Langford a few months ago and a friend highly recommended this vet Dr Dyson. She's fabulous !! You can tell she really cares about about the animals and goes above and beyond!! Also doesn't break the bank ! We love her

Booked an appointment six weeks ago for a c section for our girl. Took her in to see Dyson and she seems like she needs to grow a back bone. She could have told me she would not do the surgery( with no reason) six weeks ago. At this point they refunded my $200 for ex-rays and now I am probably suck taking her to emergency. A big THANK YOU to Dr Dyson for wasting my time I would not recommend the vets office at all

Dr. Bay is fantastic. Checked our cat Chaplin thoroughly and hopefully added a few more years to our old boy.

There's one receptionist there who hates her job, very angry & rude to people (not just me, I heard her with other patients & heard her in the back swearing a blue streak). The vets are nice enough, but I've been waiting on a follow up for some time now and the receptionist hasn't returned my calls. I'm going to switch Vets.

I was referred to this vet by family. Dr. Dyson and Dr. Bay have treated our dogs so well be it a surgery or just an annual check up, I can't thank them enough for their knowledge and integrity, best vet in Victoria!

Belmont Vet Hospital keeps offering the best care any pet owner could ask for, and they charge reasonable rates for their services. I've consistently had better experiences here than at any other vet clinic in town.

Always had good service here

So beginning of March I took my cat into this clinic because they were the only clinic that would take my cat. They charged me 400$ for 3 X-rays and said they would call me in a couple of days with results. Forward to monday the 29th I got a call from them hoping for news on something, Nope her scans were sitting there because the person who needed to look at them went on vacation. Meanwhile my cats suffering this entire time. I decided to take her to the emergency hospital. So I called Belmont and got them to send the X-rays to the emergency hospital and when they received them they said they weren’t good quality so they had to take more. Ended up having to euthanize her because of cancer in her lungs yesterday(Tuesday the 30th) the day after they informed me they sent my cats X-rays to some else 3 weeks after they were sitting. I’ll be only returning to Belmont to collect a refund for the 400$ of bad X-rays

I take my 2 girls here, Dr. Dyson and her coworkers are great . I would not take them anywhere else. This is a true 5 star establishment .... well earned!!

The radiologist went on vacation. They never told us. My cat suffered and died 3 weeks later after we took her to another vet.

I like the vet and she is attentive to the animals. Front staff were not friendly. After spending a lot of money on the pets I waited in line for 10 minutes just to pay. felt ignored while the staff worked on the computer. Also worried about social distancing. Many people waiting in a very small space. Yes masks help with other measures but not enough.

A great place to bring your pet

I have been using this clinic for 5 years for my dog. I have had a very positive experience with all the staff, especially Dr. L. Dyson. They all display a genuine caring, compassionate and professional work ethic. Two thumbs up!
