Get you prescriptions together! 2 weeks and still not filled. Seemed to "know" what they were doing over the phone, very polite. Although polite doesn't get a job done

Our American Staffy, has been taken care of so well by you all! He can be nervous around new people, but everyone there is knowledgeable on animal behavior and how to introduce themselves. Getting on Kylo's level and gaining his trust is so important. We greatly appreciate everyone whose helped him. He's been a happy healthy boy! On top of great care, the pet plan we have has saved us so much money!

my pup Toby get hurt this morning and was unable to walk. I took him to WellHaven Pet Health, they helped me take him in to the office and they took wonderful care of him, and my pup walked out on his own, Wellhaven pet health is the best place to go, they treat you like family. I’ve been taking my pets here for years and I’m always happy when I leave. I never feel like I spent too much and I’m always pleased with how my pets are treated. We love it here!

Didn’t push their own medication! I bought elsewhere for cheaper, and that was ok. Was ok with going through Chewy for monthly medications like flea medicine. Unfortunately they didn’t do any diagnostic testing to find root cause for pups disorder.

Dr was very nice and attentive to my very nervous cat who hates car rides. I take all my animals here, 2 dogs and 1 cat Highly recommended

This experience was absolutely perfect for my cat, Socks. He loved it -- purred, curled his tail, even gave himself a bath! Everyone obviously cares a lot about animals, which is what I most care about. Bravo!

Both Doctor Carey, Nurse Scott, and the Nurse that brought Blue out (sorry I did not get your name) were absolutely amazing. The staff from the first phone call to picking up after Blues surgery. I can't thank each and every one of them enough. Both my husband and I are nervous Nellie's when it comes to our baby boy. We were so impressed by how they treated us and made us feel so comfortable and Blue is doing absolutely amazing. You can't even tell just 2 days ago he even had a surgery. We definitely found a new home with WellHaven has are primary vet team.

The teams here are absolutely amazing. I trust them with both our dogs. They always listen to any concerns or questions we have, answer them and help us with any additional info we made need. Currently treated one of our dogs for an ongoing skin condition and infection. They helped us handle it without judgement, got our doggo back to rambunctious healthy happy active 4 year old pitador he was before he got depressed from his skin issues. Absolutely happy with them and will continue to use them for all our vet needs!

I take my kitten Misty here. They are very nice and kind people. They answer any questions I may have about raising a kitten. My Daughter took her cat Firefly here also until she moved out of the area. I’ll just be happy when I can be able to accompany Misty inside for her appointments again. I highly recommend this vet.

I love this vet clinic. They treat my dog like a king and they genuinely care about him. They lay out everything for me perfectly clear so that i understand what's going on and make sure that i understand. Every diagnosis comes with an explanation and a biology lesson and its super helpful for me to understand what's going on with the pup. Thanks guys!!

We called Wellhaven and spoke with a nice young lady on a Friday afternoon. She told us we could join a plan that they have and bring our kittie in on Monday and drop him off. Monday morning my husband took our cat down and was abruptly met by one of the staff, I'm guessing the front desk girl, she immediately was rude and snappy with him. She told him not to get out of his car, and that there are signs posted saying he HAD to call them. So he got back in his car and called, her response was, yeah I know I'm getting paperwork together. When she returned to give him the paperwork, he asked about payment, because we were told it would be a $60 charge. She told my husband he didn't qualify for the plan for THIS visit and a routine appointment was going to be well over $200. When he told her what he was quoted on Friday she shrugged her shoulders and said, I don't know what to tell you. My husband handed her the paperwork back and left. This was our kitties 2nd doctor appointment and thanks to that staff member, I will be finding a new vet. How do you expect people to leave their family members in your care if this is how your staff treats customers?

Experience was seamless. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Doctor was not rushed in seeing our pets and provided good advice

WellHaven is not my regular vet but after calling my vet as well as many other vet offices with an emergency and not being able to be seen, WellHaven was able to get my cat in within a couple of hours. So so helpful, friendly and professional with EXCELLENT care. Dr Carey is fantastic at explaining the current condition, treatment and home care as well as possible emergency hospital care. Thank you!

Dr. Graham and her staff are amazing. My cat Eddie had a big tumor in his stomach she never rushed me and she comforted me. She was the best that I have ever seen and I’ve seen a few because I’ve had many pets. She is an amazing person. I live in Longview and I drove an hour to see her and I will continue to do so as she got me in a week earlier than my own vet . That my own vet...

We always have a good experience at Well Haven, the staff is friendly and efficient. The Vet is superb. She does an excellent job and always talks with you after to inform you of how it went and what to experience after any procedure. I would highly recommend Well Haven to everyone.

I transfered my pet care from Banfield to WellHaven after getting a new kitten. They are great and I would highly recommend them. Even though it was at the height of Covid and I couldn't go in the clinic, the doctor himself came out to my car and discussed all of my concerns. My kitten peed blood and despite a bladder infection being highly unlikely in a female kitten of only 7 weeks, he checked and sure enough that's what it was. It was cleared up with antibiotics in no time. I really appreciated that he listened to me. I will take all my pets here from now on.

I took Toto to Well Haven Pet Heath to get his hurt foot looked at. I think he might have stepped on glass. They are a very good Pet Clinic and not expensive.I am goi.g to keep this Clinic for my dog they are a great place and the people are nice with the animals.

Had an appointment at 4pm, called and checked in at 4pm. It’s currently 4:45 and haven’t heard a word from them about getting my pet in to his appointment. Called and got the answering machine. Update: I finally got a hold of them and asked what was going on. After putting me on hold they came back and said they were under staffed. I could understand that reason if not for the people that showed up after me for 4:30 appointments having their pets brought in before I even got them on the phone.

Was in the parking lot next to the guy with the recent review of 1 star, complaining about how they were short staffed and couldnt see him immediately. he fails to mention how he was screaming and yelling like a whiney child and even death threat the receptionist trying to help him saying they could get their animal in. Did you know they had a emergancy euthenasia for someone having to say goodbye to their pet and its usually common courtesy to have silence for them to mourn as you scream and yell like a bafoon?

I absolutely love the care we received for my fur baby. Thank you so much. We most definitely will be back and continue to use wellhaven for our vet of choice.

I just started bringing my kitten, Patty, here and I feel like it has been great so far. They were able to squeeze us in when she wasn't feeling well to be checked out. Luckily, it was nothing and it was a fantastic experience even though we have to stay in our vehicle. I felt like when they took Patty in the building she was going to be in great hands. They were amazing!! They were able to get my Stormy in very quickly and diagnose and treat the problem and make me feel better knowing she was going to feel better soon! I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know!!
