I called here and asked if they see rabbits. The receptionist said they have one doctor who sees them, but they are scheduled out into October. I said okay, and I asked for a recommendation on what brand of hay I should give my rabbit. She was silent. She then says “yeah like I said, we only have one doctor who sees them and she’s not here, so…” How can you see rabbits there, not have any recommendations for hay, let alone offer a solution like a call back from either her or the doctor? I had been looking for a new vet for her, but it definitely won’t be this one.

Do not take your dog here if you love them. My dog went in with an ear infection, only 7 years old and no prior sickness or failing health. I got my dog back literally dead. They are over priced and apparently kill animals now. I will never ever forgive this place and a looking into legal options. Terrible! Please take your animals anywhere else! I will be warning everyone I can on every platform.

I am so great full to the VCA team! They were very understanding and compassionate to my dog and I during our visit. I was terrified when I woke up to a very swollen and scared dog at home, I called for advice and they were able to squeeze me in quickly. Despite not being a fan of going to the vet, Leela was treated with care and patience while Dr.Song examined her and eased our worries that she would be feeling better soon. All the staff mad us feel very welcomed that day! Thank you for everything VCA Team! I know I will continue to have my pets seen here and recommend them to everyone I know!

I have been through multiple veterinary clinics within the town I live, and even in neighboring cities. Like all the pet owners, I want the best care for my pets. I have had a few dogs now with serious health conditions, and had been seeking out a clinic that I feel will give them the best quality of life. That is why I now drive an hour one way to get to this clinic. This staff is extremely friendly and is willing to answer any and all of my questions. I am on my third dog with this clinic, and will continue to come here. Everywhere is experiencing staff shortages and regardless of that, this clinic still works tirelessly to give my precious puppy the best care.

Took my dog in to get his ears and eyes checked and my dog was returned to me dead.

I have been using this vet clinic for more than 25 years. It used to be a well staffed, responsive and timely place to get pet care. Today it will take weeks to get an appointment, they simply refer you elsewhere for emergencies and you will wait anywhere from 15-30 minutes to be seen after checking in. They do have a policy in place for charging customers an extra fee if more than 15 minutes late but they offer no discount if the delay is theirs. It’s been so disappointing to experience the chang

I wish they trusted the Covid Vaccine. Making everyone wait outside with their pets, when 70%+ of WA is vaccinated and the vaccine is available to everyone, is just ridiculous. If you are worried about Covid, get vaccinated. Stop the theatre and treating your customers like garbage.

I called to inquire about pricing for a spay, and after being on hold for over 10 minutes I was informed it would be around $600-$800. Having had animals my entire life, and having them spayed or neutered for 1/4 of the expense I asked why that was. The tech explained it was area related, and upon me asking additional questions she stated “ok have a good day” and hung up on me. Very rude, I would not even suggest calling here.

Dr Grellmen is, hands down, the best vet I've ever worked with. She was so receptive to my fears and anxieties and really reliable and communicative whenever my dogs were being treated for anything. I feel so secure taking my pets to her. She did a marathon extraction session on my pitbull yesterday and I am so glad she walked me through things. The rest of the team is also fantastic. If I ever can't reach who I might be trying to get ahold of they're all so helpful. They really helped me whenever I beat myself up if the boys are sick or hurt. Very empathetic.

I can rightly say that the doctors there are very good at what they do. With that being said their staffing problem is the issue. Prime example, I called to schedule an appointment and I waited three days before calling them back to schedule an appointment. I know the client has been busy. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with their staff. I like the doctors there because they know what they are doing. They have been very good with my babies. When I did call back to schedule an appointment I asked why they have not called me and their response is I don’t know. Then they told me I could go and find another clinic. That is poor customer service. The only reason why I am still with you is because of the doctors, not the staff, please take care of it.

This place is the best. They had the quickest service, the most friendly staff, and came running to help my very sick dog when I was in need. Their updates were quick and informative. And the best part, they didn't even want to charge me!!

I have a very stranger-aggressive dog, and Dr. Moore and her team took ample time prior to our visit to talk with me about drug options to keep everyone safe and comfortable. Day-of, we had to do a little unrehearsed extra sedation, but they were so understanding and accommodating. I sometimes have a hard time not taking my dog's poor behavior personally, and their receptive, kind attitudes made all the difference. THANK YOU, Dr. Moore and the terrific staff at VCA!

Absolute worst. Just rude and not customer oriented. If they don't like what you are saying, they just put you on hold, so you hang up. You can't book an appointment online and if you use their contact form it limits you to 256 words. Who does that?? One star is too generous!

I took my dog there after he’d been attacked by another dog, I was pretty satisfied with how he was treated for that. I just called to make a new appointment for him and they refused to make an appointment for him - because they couldn’t find us in the system. Now I pay for the VCA pet plan, so A. How can they not find me and B. I have the VCA and I pay for that to get discounts - this receptionist tells me sorry, you’ll have to take him to another vet - we aren’t taking new clients. She literally didn’t even look in the system at all. Terrible customer service and I will not be renewing my VCA plan - I’ll just get regular dog insurance.

The downside it took a few weeks to get an appointment. At the appointment the staff were great and the vet took care of everything in one visit. Keep up the great customer service!

We had to say our final goodbye to our beloved Maggie May. The staff was great through this, empathetic and professional. We also go there for all other veterinary needs for our 4 legged family and have been very pleased.
