Dr. Z and his team truly care for the animals brought into their care. I've brought both of my cats to him and even the skittish one with separation anxiety doesn't seem too shaken up by the visit. It's true that with the current state of the pandemic you have to use a sign-up sheet. One should consider that animals can get COVID too, so this is for the protection of the staff AND your pets. Additionally, Three Creeks is also very transparent with what services they will provide to your animal and ask for thorough consent of all procedures, even simple things like a bit of a nail trim to make them easier to handle or some flea medication. Like most facilities of this nature, things can be a little pricy and they can be a little pushy about getting your animal in for their next appointment (they'll stop after 1-2 tries, and it's very non-invasive), but that's just the nature of the game and how businesses sometimes have to function to stay operational.

This location is a walk in clinic and they post a sign up sheet at 8am. If you’re the first three on the list they ask you to wait at the location until it’s your turn and the rest to go home until called. The vet gets in at 8:30am. I got in much sooner then I thought I was going to which was wonderful and the staff was very kind and knowledgeable. The only con I would say I had is the vet didn’t pause for questions while he was explaining. He asked me at the end though so that’s alright. Again the staff is super kind and they just want to help. No one pressured me into making a decision about the other concern they had that I didn’t come in for but told me I could call back to arrange it. The cost of the visit was average if anything on the low end side for vets. Highly recommend!

First come first serve everyday so when you will need a follow up then will need to stand outside in line again. Expect to get a exam change on a return so if want to do it right then schedule an appointment with someone else even if it will be a while since all vets are booked right now. Also driving down to Portland will be worth it as well, as there is more availability there. You won't have regrets after over paying and spending more time that you thought you would save.

We purchased a puppy off of Craig's List that was very ill and the following day were able to get it an appointment to see Dr. Ross at Three Creeks Vet Clinic. Dr. Ross was really great, did a thorough exam, checked for Parvo (negative thank goodness!), but did find the parasite C0ccidia, which is usually due to poor kennel hygiene. So the puppy required fluids, and medication. Dr. Ross told us it the coccidia is serious in a puppy so young and that first night, we were not sure she was going to make it, but she made it through, YEAH!. it took about a week for our puppy to start doing better, and now she looks and acts like a normal healthy puppy. Thank you Dr. Ross for saving our puppy's life. Also the cost was way less that I thought it was going to be.

I’ve been taking my pets here for a while and I feel like it’s one of the few places that want to do everything in their power to help the animals instead of just making a profit. They usually present me with several different options for my pet and allow me to decide what is best and what I can afford without pushing. It’s a bit hard in this time of Covid to not be physically in the room to talk to the vet but they’re good about calling and following up. They don’t take appointments so be prepared to wait and understand that they’re going to take whichever pet has the most serious issue first. The only suggestion I’d make is that it would be nice if they could make follow up appointments when there’s something your pet needs to be seen a second time about.

I've waited 3 hours for my dog to get a shot. This seems excessive. Poor management. Was told an 1-2 hour wait time. I like the vet. Not the wait time.

This is the ONLY Veterinarian that I trust. Been to several over the years but have stayed with Dr. Zebrowski for over 20 years now! The best care you can get!

We've been going to Three Creeks Vet for about two years now for our cat and dog for things from feline herpesvirus to routine shots to dental surgery. We've worked with Dr. Zborowski and Dr. Ross. They've both been so nice and gentle with our babes, and we really trust them. The office staff has always been polite and kind too. The walk-in aspect of the clinic is new to us; it was strange to get used to after having to make appointments at other clinics, but we've grown to like that we can sign up in the morning for an appointment that day, whenever something comes up with one of our pets. Their prices seem reasonable and comparable to others. And we really respect how the whole office is working so hard to protect everyone during the pandemic.

Called them to bring my dog in. The lady told me to come down there and put my name on the list on the door and then go home and wait for them to call me back.... Why on earth would I do that? I'm on the damn phone with you. That is completely absurd.

The doctors are caring & take the time to explain what's going on with your pet. I've been going there for a long time I trust them with my dogs no questions. They have reasonable prices & don't try to sell unnecessary extra things to make money. These people genuinely care about you & your pets.

Everyone here is super nice and they've helped my old dog tremendously! While other places had me running around spending soooo much money on pet dermatologists, Three Creeks listened, understood me, and provided my dog with what he needs to live his best life at 14 years old. Highly recommend! They're the best!

Always friendly and caring of my pet. Just wish I could make an appt instead of having to go early in the morning to get a place in line and then wait sometimes all day to finally have my pet seen and cared for. I literally have to take a day off of work!

My family and I have seen Dr Zborowski for many years and we are so grateful for his amazing dedication to his work. His genuine love for animals is undoubtedly what makes him the best veterinarian in Vancouver.

I have been bringing my dogs here for years. I wish they would reinstate the discount for cash. But otherwise, the staff is amazing and always follows up with a phone call to check on your pets progress with their treatment. Prices are really fair. And the vets are very compassionate and in most cases will provide more than one option for care for your pets situation.

Great place to take your loved ones. I did ask the receptionist why the business is named "three creeks" but she was unable to answer. Not sure if it was for confidentiality purposes or because she legitimately didn't know. Any insights would be appreciated!

They are the best we've found . Most helpful with helping us treat Sally Skidmark, our little girl with manx syndrome. Dr C & Dr Z are super compassionate and knowledge. We won't take our fur baby's anywhere else. Love em.

There are 2 new vets with Dr. Z. Dr. Song took care of my two Jacks and didn't push extra unnecessary up charges. Both dogs were happy going in and out even though they got shots. Downside is you have to get up early to sign up prior to 8 am or you won't get your pet in. So I signed up at close to 8 am and got called to bring them in around 11 or so.

Inexpensive compared to most places but you apparently need to get there as soon as it opens because it gets crazy busy. We arrived as soon as it opened, and even then we had an hour wait.
